Climate Systems installed a furnace and AC last week. The install start date was two days after we agreed on equipment and price and the install was accomplished in 1 1/2 days. Install went smoothly and the techs were efficient and effective. Both were also very nice and neat. Cleaned up everything each day. This was the easiest, stress free install we have ever experienced. Will definitely use Climate Systems in the future as we are very pleased with this company.

I have had Climate Systems service my air conditioning and furnace for the 18 years that I have owned my home. I have never had a problem with Climate Systems or with any of their technicians. This is an honest and reputable company that I would highly recommend.

The staff was very professional and explained what they were doing. With working at home, they were very respectful of noise and the interruptions while they were installing the unit.

The 2 guys installing the air conditioner were great. Very friendly, arrived early got the job done in a very timely manner. Showed me things that they did and how they work. Above and beyond.

They arrived when they said they would, were pleasant, and completed the job quickly.

Roger was excellent in communication, very proactive, and in follow\-up. We were under pressure heading into Memorial Day weekend, and had our new AC unit installed on that Friday, with only about a weeks' notice.

I would highly recommend Climate Systems as the place to go for your Carrier product. We had Andy,Randy and Chris come to our house and we are so happy with the excellent work that they did.

Randy and Chris handled the installation of a new Infinity furnace and air conditioner at my home. They started by putting down drop cloths in the game room and it didn't take them long to break down and carry out the old equipment. Once the air return and furnace/coil were established, I began to think about how all the necessary lines were going to be run. The way it was before was just a mess – functional, but sloppy. When Randy and Chris were done, the work was clean, neat and well designed. They even adjusted the direct vent pipes on the outside of the home. I had noticed that the air intake was turned towards the exhaust (not an ideal arrangement). They corrected it without saying a word. The a/c condenser unit outside was placed on a leveled pad that sat on 4 concrete blocks. It took them 2 days to complete the work and all areas were cleaned up nicely before they left. I have never used Climate Systems before, but I was very pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend them.

On this Rating \& Reviews email you have my Model # for my Outdoor Unit wrong. My Model # ends in A300 you have it ending in A003. Please make the correction. Otherwise everything elso is good.

Showed up at time they said they'd be here. I was able to leave while they stayed to complete the install. The finished up about the time they said they'd be done. And, everything is working beautifully.
