We received quick response to our late afternoon call and a service technician was here the next day. He was very thorough and explained the problem(s) in detail. We had the option to repair (the unit was 15 years old and showing its age) or replace the unit. We decided to replace it and are extremely satisfied with that decision. The equipment was available and was installed two days later. The installation team was outstanding; they were very professional, knowledgeable and personable, answering any/all of our questions without hesitation. This turned out to be better than I expected and one of my better experiences with contractors. The installers (Mike, Gary \& Angelo) were first rate ... good workers, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my home. The sales representative (Robert) was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what would be best for my house and why. Had six other companies review and quote on the job, but none of them gave me the impression they cared enough and took the time to explain why I should choose them.
