When I needed to call for service on New Year's Eve, we had a service person within one hour! He was courteous and told us that he could not do anything to help us that night, but he shut everything down and said that there would be someone coming on Tuesday for a new furnace estimate. The heat exchanger was clogged and we would need a new furnace. We met with one of the sales reps and he was very knowledgeable of all of the systems. He explained everything and drew diagrams to help us understand the installation process. By the following Monday, we had our new propane fur4nace installed and the house heated up very quickly. The workers cleaned up at the end of Monday and Tuesday. By the end of the day Tuesday, it was finished and the installers took the time to explain to our son the workings of the furnace and AC unit. The company took the service fee we paid on New Year's Eve and put it towards the purchase of the new furnace! I very seldom submit reviews, but the company is very highly recommended! I have set up yearly inspections through them so I sleep very comfortably knowing there will be a warm home when I wake each morning! The company is employee owned so I am supporting local businesses!

The Technicians arrived on time, assembled the products and began installation in a serious and courteous manner. When the install was completed, they explained the operations, and left my home with little to no trace that they were even there.

Jim, the owner/sales man listened to our needs, checked our current system and offered several choices \& prices. The office staff are very helpful. The installation team was great. Two trucks, four men all working together as a team. Made sure we knew how to adjust new thermostat and answered all my questions. Professional, courteous staff. Left the work area clean.
