Replace furnace and air conditioner, was on time, very pleasant, work was nearly done, and cleaned up. Answered my question and showed me how to work the new thermostat!,

The guys from Shane Shaffer were professional, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. I had some concerns with placement of the units outside of the house and these guys were willing to work with us to get everything set in place where we wanted them. They took their time and really did a fantastic job with placement of all the external lines and covers for the minisplit systems that we were having placed, and it turned out way better than we were expecting. Great job !!

We had problems with existing equipment and decided to replace rather than try to repair. I contacted Shane Shaffer, Inc. and received a quote which was better than we expected. The equipment came in quickly and we were immediately contacted for installation. The two technicians worked simultaneously on the inside and outside equipment and had the installation quickly completed. They then took the time to review with us on how to use the remote and the available options. Best in\-house equipment installation I have experienced. We highly recommend Shane Shaffer, Inc. for equipment and maintenance of all HVAC installed in the home.

I would highly recommend this dealer. The installers worked through a blizzard to get my Carrier mini\-splits working while I cleared snow away. Those units work great! We now have heat in the bottom floor this winter, and A/C when the sun hits this summer. The service department is great to work with also, very professional.
