We have been dealing with Restano for at least 28 years. They installed our first Carrier Air Conditioner 28 years ago. Every job they have ever done for us has been top of the line and very professional.

Everyone we spoke to was pleasant. We had an appointment the day after we called to have our new furnace installed. Bill and Bob did the installation quickly and very well. They were very personable, respectful, and made sure everything was neat and clean before they left. This was the first time dealing with Restano, and we are very pleased. Terrific business with wonderful, knowledgeable employees.

Outstanding customer service

Honestly I'm not impressed with the inifity system. They had to make a lot of adjustments to it to get it to work right (Had to put hole in wall for airflow, and remove the HEPA filter due to airflow issues, and also insulate the top), and the thing seems to have trouble cooling the house on warmer days, seems to run alot. The Infinity system doesn't seem to do well with smaller duct work. Restano was good about all of this and was responsive so can't fault them. I just spent alot of extra money for not much benefit in my feeling.

Bottom line is that the system, as installed, has performed well, including keeping the house warm in the coldest week in a couple of decades. The bid was thorough and complete, easy to understand. My questions were thoughtfully addressed. The installation went smoothly and on time. Installers were professional and attentive to detail, removing the old system and cleaning up the work area. There were a couple of minor installation issues with water condensation or leakage that were promptly resolved. I highly recommend this company.

I had someone come out on Monday to look at my boiler that wouldn't turn on anymore, they came out early the very next day to install the new boiler and remove the old one. Very professional and the new setup looks great. I've used Restano before for other needs and will definitely turn to them again.

I had a new furnace \& AC installed by this company \& I feel some of the materials used by them are inferior quality \- example the pad they put both the AC which is 4' tall \& furnace on are plastic \- I questioned them about this \& they told me it will be fine, now a month earlier I had another company installed a furnace \& AC on the original side of the house \& the they used concrete pads. Restano is Nate certified \& recommended by Carrier \- I would think they would have been the better quality dealer \- NOT SO.

There was a mistake made when installing my new furnace last November (new a/c pump hose was not connected). This resulted in water penetrating into the new furnace. Replace with a new one the next morning.

Quick, Professional

We have used Restano for our yearly furnace checks and have always received great service so when our heat pump went, of course we called Restano. Came, determined the issue and were able to come back the following week to install. Courteous, knowledgeable installers, completed the project in approximately 7 hours.

After receiving a favorable bid, we decided to proceed with Restano. They told us it would take 8\-10 days to receive the parts but they had them in 4 and installed them immediately. The installation crew was efficient and answered all of our questions.

I chose Restano based on reviews and the quality of the equipment they offered for the price of a new heater and ac unit. The customer services was ok, they were friendly and one person seemed knowledgeable but there were issues. First off they dented the new ac unit is two spots. This was upsetting knowing what I paid for the cost. They left concrete on my floor that dried (did not see it as they moved the dryer back into place. I had to fill gaps in my siding from them removing old pipes. The left the breaker to the ac odd and left some valves closed on the ac unit while not charging it. I called a tech out who then overcharged the unit and another tech had to fix that. Lastly, they did not provide an option of running a new wire to use all functions of the ecobee premium as I upgraded to two stages systems, instead they used the existing wires therefore limiting the functionality of the dual stage at the thermostat. When I asked them to run a new wireD they said they would be in touch. I would recommend the carrier equipment but would not recommend Restano until they are trained better on the new technology.

The Restano installers were able to correct a problem that was created by the contractor that built our home. They were efficient and professional but also friendly and patient when answering questions.

The reason I gave them a 3 is that my shelves holding various antiques was missing two small urns when they left. Very disturbing. They were Wedgewood urns. Theperson putting in the thermostat had for some inexplicable reason placed his tools (drill) etc. on my antique shelves. Whether he mistakenly took my small urns or broke them; I don't know. I have had them since 1999 and am very upset!

The entire process was easy and professional. I got my estimate on the spot before the rep left my house so I could ask any questions. Applying for financing on their website was quick and easy. The installers were professional and courteous and did a great job of cleaning up. After they were done they did a great job of explaining everything they did and how everything works. Our house has been so much more comfortable, our energy bill has gone down, and nobody can believe how quiet our new modulating system is. I recommend Restano and Carrier to all of my friends and family.

I called for service because the blower quit running on my Carrier furnace. The technician diagnosed the problem and gave me prices for repairing it and options for replacing the 22 year old furnace. I decided on the new furnace to get a little better efficiency and a complete warranty.

Our new Carrier A/C system is working great and we're very happy with it. The contrast with our old A/C system from the 80s is huge. It's quieter and just makes the house comfortable all the time. We're happy with the A/C system. But the guys who did the install left behind a big mess. The tore down several wall hangings from the back wall of my man cave in the basement, made no attempt the let me know there was going to be concrete powder and grit scattered around in my man cave, left a bunch of dirt and dust on our staircase and made no attempt to talk with me about what might need to be cleaned up.

Installers were professional, friendly, and courteous. They worked hard on a very hot day and did a great job. They answered all our questions about installation and usage. The warranties are all handled by Restano which is great.

Our 15 year old furnace died during a \-7 degree period. Restano responded immediately that night, tried to repair but it could not be repaired. We were 2 days away from leaving on vacation and the next morning they were here to setup a new heat pump system. So grateful for their quick response.

When my furnace died Restano was here within an hour and new furnace was installed the next day. It doesn't get better than that!

Quick and professional service from the time of my request for service to the replacement of the malfunctioning furnace.

Restano responded the same day that I called and after checking our furnace, discovered we needed to replace an old furnace that was no longer heating. They gave us an option of replacing a part and also quoted the cost of a new furnace. We chose to go with a new furnace and Restano was at our home the next morning to replace the old one. Their employees worked very hard since the furnace is in the attic and that meant many trips up and down the ladder. They were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up the area. Service excellent

Despite some initial issues with the installation, the service techs were able to complete the job exceptionally well. I definitely would use them again.

Installed new furnace and AC stopped working the next day. Had service man out two times to figure out the problem. He eventually diagnosed the problem to be a short in a wire from the furnace to the AC unit. Occurred during installation of the furnace and the wire being stapled to floor joist.

Worked hard to get the cooling unit in the attic (was 100+ degrees up there). Wish they had better "floppies" when walking on our carpets...oh well (can't have it all).

When our AC broke, my in\-laws referred us to Restano. We called them and Brian Filippini came out that afternoon, looked at everything, helped us pick the right option for us, gave us a proposal, talked about the payment options, and gave us an estimated date of service. The whole thing was with zero pressure to actually choose Restano. When we did choose them, they contacted us that day to schedule a date of service. Bill came out around 7:30 that day and worked until the job was done. He walked us through the work and gave us some maintenance tips. He also attempted to contact the billing department but they were closed for the day. I called this morning and spoke with Janet and everything went incredibly smoothly. I'd 100% recommend Restano to anyone.

Great employees very helpful and knowledgeable about product and installation

Paul and Dylan worked tirelessly on a very hot, muggy day to install my new system. The replacement unit is working perfectly. I had great concerns about how the new heat pump would perform since it was replacing a 35\-year old pump. I worried for no good reason\-\-the new pump is more efficient and more quiet.

I've been using Restano for many years (10?) and the whole team has always been professional, polite, and friendly. From the office staff, to Perry who maintains and services my units, to the guys who came to replace my a/c and hot water heater. They are all knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly care about what they do. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Our hear exchange cracked and the team was able to replace the unit the next day do our family could stay warm and keep the house from being damaged by cold weather. Restano came out to inspect our furnace due to noise it was making and found a crack in the heat exchanger. They set up an appointment with us to have the furnace and condensing unit replaced, both of which were over 15 years old. They gave me a couple of options for new units and, once I selected one, they were here within a few days to replace everything. Two techs were here for the day and worked quickly and quietly. Both my wife and I were working from home so their ability to work quietly was important. They had very few questions for us and did a great job of cleaning up the area when they were done. I highly recommend Restano to anyone looking to replace their HVAC equipment.

Our AC broke in the middle of a heat wave. Upon inspection and after recommending replacement of the unit, the tech suffered through myriad questions I had about options and costs both to repair and replace. He was very patient and professional. Restano re\-prioritized jobs to install our new unit w/in a week, rather than in the several weeks they originally thought it would be (which we really appreciated given that another heat wave was predicted to be hitting soon). The different tech who did the install actually arrived before the window we had been given, also was very courteous, answered various questions that I had during and after the job was done and worked very cleanly. Overall, we had an extremely positive experience with Restano.

We live in a 40 year old two story 2700 SF house with a single heat pump system. Our upstairs was always too hot or too cold and our electric bills in heating and cooling season were very high. Restano recommended and installed the Carrier mini\-splits system with ductwork in the attic to heat and cool our upstairs. The system is so quiet I can't hear it run, and it kept the temperature and humidity right where the thrermostat was set. The first month's cooling (in one of the hottest July months ever in our region of PA) added only about $50 to our electric bill. Looking forward to winter with a warm bedroom and lower electric bills!

The installation was to take all day, but it was completed by mid afternoon. The reps were courteous and paid a good deal of attention to keeping our house neat and clean. The air conditioner works well and is quiet \- which allows us to sit outside in the summer and not be bothered with the noise.

Overall it was a good experience

Hope I got all their names right. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable crew \-\- from initial service call, to planning, to scheduling, to installation and clean\-up. To give you an idea of how these guys work, consider that the install crew covered my basement floor with a protective tarp. Yep. The basement floor. This team worked tirelessly through 90 degree heat and nasty humidity to remove a thousand\-year\-old monster furnace, a dead AC unit, failing water heater, and tons of other dead or useless "accessories" (old static air cleaner, humidifier, etc.). The amount of junk they removed was indescribable. Then after CLEANING MY MECHANICAL ROOM (yes, broom, dustpan, the whole works), they built custom duct work and high\-efficiency piping, installed a new high efficiency AC unit and new HE furnace, and installed a new water heater as well. Tested everything. Explained everything top to bottom from maintenance to operation \-\- and left the surroundings (inside and out) looking like they were never there. Having to replace your entire HVAC system is never a fun financial hit, but these guys made it worth every penny \-\- and they offered interest\-free financing for 12 months to boot \-\- icing on the cake. I love dealing with people and companies like this. Highly recommended all the way around.

Restano did an excellent job installing our new furnace, AC, and humidifier units. I was scheduled within about 10 days of my request once i accepted their bid. Brian came to our house about 5 months ago to give us a free quote for a unit. After viewing the quote, having a few other companies come and also give quotes, then doing some homework and learning about different units/sizes/options, Brian updated his quote within a day of me asking (i had him update it about 3 times) each time and was very helpful through the whole process. Once i accepted the bid through email, I was contacted by phone to setup my appointment. They sent me a text the day before letting me know what time the technicians would arrive and what their names were. The techs, John and Bruce, were right on time and got to work right away. They removed my old units, answered any questions, and completed the job without any issues. Restano offers a 1 year courtesy maintenance contract, which i will extend for the lifetime of the unit once the first year is up. I was very pleased with my experience. The tech's were very knowledgeable and were about to make adjustments as necessary (drain for water was not in a great location and they were able to come up with a small pump setup to help the water drain appropriately). I would highly recommend Restano for your HVAC needs, they were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job installing our units.

Replaced A/C unit and furnace system that was over 20 years old with a new system that includes a high\-efficiency furnace. Selected Restano from three estimates we received from three different manufacturers/installers (Carrier, Trane, and American Standard). All three quotes were for equivalent systems and were very close in total cost. Chose Restano based on previous experience with them and their quote ended up being lowest cost due to Carrier's rebate. The estimator that first came to the house was very nice to work, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and promptly responded to all of our questions, including follow up questions about their quote. Installation took about 1\-1/2 days, including breakdown and removal of old equipment, running new exterior air intake and exhaust piping, setup and testing of new equipment and smart thermostat, and insulating some ductwork that ran through our garage. Installation crew was nice to work with, they were efficient, their workmanship was excellent, they took the time to answer questions we asked them during the install, and they showed us how to operate the smart thermostat, change out filters, etc. once the equipment was up and running. The new system has been operating for about three weeks and we're very happy with how it's been performing thus far. Overall an excellent experience.
