Furnace Repair & Service

Following the installation of a third head unit on a 4-port outdoor unit, the original two head units stopped working and the third head unit barely functions. These thread head units are responsible for heating half of my house, so half of my house has been without heat all winter. The installer is unable to diagnose the problem and Carrier has been unresponsive to the installer's requests for assistance. I could not possibly regret going with a Carrier dealer more.

Arrived when they said they would, called ahead to let us know they were on the way, Technicians Brian and Connor were professionals from the moment they arrived, kept our house neat and clean and explained fully what they were going to do and let us know what was going on along the way.
