They were very professional and very nice.

These folks were great to work with. We replaced our heating and cooling systems. They came on time, identified accompanying issues and dealt with them as needed (a duct had to be replaced and the air cleaner system had the wrong components), and went above and beyond. We were thrilled with the service.

The sales, installation team, and service department all went above and beyond. Our ac compressor aged out of service. We had a competitor give us a a quote that included replacing our furnace along with the ac compressor. A neighbor recommended Kemp. They only sold us what we needed. They worked till the job was done and solved a few issues with the installation. Jen at the office was a pleasure to work with.

I had a completely new HVAC system installed. Crew was awesome, professional and took great pride in their work.

This is the second time I used Edward Kemp for Heating and Cooling. Three years ago they put in a new Carrier AC unit. Great job so there was no question who I called for my new furnace. Once again, excellent service, wham bam my new furnace is running. This furnace is so quite I have had to check the first few times to make sure it was running. You can't go wrong with this company.

Have been using Kemp for about 16 years. They installed our new heating unit back then with a more efficient one and we have never had any problems. We just hired them to replace our existing A/C. Professionally done with a good product at a good price.

Courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, absolutely best written estimate of how much, what was needed, detailed comparison of possible product that I received. Even if they were not the best price, I would most likely still chosen Kemp to install our furnace.

Have a tune\-up service contract with them and so I dealt with many occasions over the past several years. Always seem courteous and informative.

Had furnace and A/C units replaced at the same time. Price was by far the best of the three companies contacted. Sales representative was extremely knowledgeable of both Carrier and Trane products and helped select an excellent home system. Technicians arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. Installed system plumbing, cooling, and electrical lines look neat and professional. We are extremeny pleased with Kemp and have recommended them to others.

Edward L. Kemp has been our heating and cooling maintenance company from when I moved in with my original Trane unit. They've always been completely professional and and informed. When my unit was finally at its "retirement" point they quickly pointed out the cost that would be involved to fix my unit, as was the cost and cost savings that would be involved with replacing my unit with the Carrier Heat Pump and Air Handler. They were done in 2 days....First day they were able to install the inside unit(s) that put heat back inside the house. The second day they finished the outside unit, and our house has never been so even heated. I love it!
