Two weeks ago my A/C stopped working. I had another HVAC outfit come repair it and less than one week later I woke up at 4am to my home completely filled with smoke. Disgusted with having almost lost my home/life, I called the original crew out and they suggested a new fan motor for my 24 year old HVAC system. Skeptical of this decision, I contacted Baird Heating \& Cooling. It took them less than one hour to arrive at my home, assess the damage, and they provided an on\-the\-spot competitive quote. I chose Baird to replace my entire HVAC system. What was extremely helpful was the user information they provided. I now know everything about my new system and how to use/maintenance it. The technicians were very polite and professional. Hands down, my experience with Baird Heating \& Cooling was phenomenal.
