Overall I'm not very satisfied. The techs who did the install were pretty good, but they didn't measure out the supply correctly. The vents make a sucking sound and the pressure is too high. The sales guy from Carney told me I need a larger duct put in, but I never got a reply back from Carney. The vents in the attic leaked onto the ceiling below and Carney has done nothing. It's clearly from the return vent and I've received zero response back. The sales person even came out and took pictures after the install. I'm disappointed that this is the service I get for a 50k dollar system. I still get fault codes on the brand new system. Carney is not great. Will seek service from another shop once my prepaid service runs out.

I like Carney very much for everything else (plumbing, generator), but with this new HVAC system, they dropped the ball. They pitched it to me as better than my old system, which was 19 years old. Instead, the unit is very noisy and doesn't sufficiently cool the upstairs, but only seems okay for the downstairs. The old system was much better, until it broke down. They tried to solve the problems (and they did make it somewhat less noisy) but at the end of the day, the unit is what it is, and it's not what they said it was. Maybe it's the fault of Carrier for selling a substandard product, not Carney, but it's very disappointing. If the product couldn't perform as well as my old system, Carney should have told me that in the first place.

Most importantly, unit was installed less than 24 hours after issue was diagnosed. Techs were fantastic; reliable, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They were unusually neat and very conscientious about leaving no trace. So far so good. House reached target temp before guys left. Sound is remarkably quieter and am very happy with that. Also utility room isn't an oven … another improvement. So 22 hours after install, I would say I am relieved and satisfied and looking forward to a continued working relationship with Carney.

Carney All Seasons was great to work with from the start. In contrast to another company that was here for 20 minutes and did not leave me with anything in writing (I had to ask for a picture of what was included and the estimate), Carney's salesman was here for 2 hours and provided us with a lot of additional information, thorough explanations, very reasonable price and a catalog of products. Before he left, I could see all three proposals that made sense for our home and situation. The system was interactive and we could add and remove options and immediately see the updated cost. Once we determined that we were going with Carney, the installation occurred the following day. Zakarie and Sean did a great job with the installation. They were quick, neat and it works great.

Tim H. was an amazing sales representative. He worked up a variety of alternative configurations and pricing options for me and helped guide me through replacing my old HVAC system with a hybrid heat pump/gas furnace replacement. The installation team (Roman B. \& Felix A.) were out within days of the final contract and professionally replaced my entire system very quickly. The cleaned up their worksite and even went out of their way to help make the outside unit site look much better than the way they found it. The sales \& service team (Tim H. and Sean M.) did a quality assurance follow\-up and corrected some minor issues right away. The office managers clearly are focused on customer satisfaction. Unit does not perform 100% down to \-4 like it is supposed to. They sold me this unit with no backup heat source. Then after complaining they offered a heat strip. Your products seem low quality. Your cliMate app is broken and abandoned. You and the dealer have let us down big time.
