Right on time with everything from the estimate appointment to the install. Very knowledgeable and clean workers. Cleaned up after themselves and never heard anything from them as they worked in our basement. Explained in simple terms on how the unit works and what it takes to replace filters and even provided a link to purchase the correct filters for replacement.
