We have used Wade for twenty years and have never had an issue with them. Just replaced our Carrier air conditioner after 19 years. Stayed with Carrier as it is a top notch product.

When Wade came out to service my broken air conditioner and told me what the problem was, the technician presented two solutions. After much discussion with him, it was decided a new system would be the best in the long run. Also what made the decision easy was the qickness of scheduling the installation. My system broke on Friday and my new one was up and running on Tuesday.

My previous HVAC system was 24 years old and knew from previous routine maintenance that I would need to replace in the future and the time arrived when I turned the AC on in the early summer of 2022. Called Wade Heating and Cooling for an emergency service call and they returned my call within an hour and arrived at the house within 3 hours. Upon diagnosis, the outside AC unit was nearly empty of refrigerant and the inside fan was vibrating significantly. The service technician presented options but stated the system was in need of replacement (which I knew the time was coming). I decided not to fix the unit and service tech set a appointment the following week with John to quote and replace my existing unit. John arrived as scheduled and agreed I would be best served by a complete replacement. He calculated the footage of vent runs by locating all the vents in the entire house and provide 3 options. 1 option was my request based in my extensive research and 2 other options that were provided based on his expertise. I got another quote form another HVAC company and the price was similar but he was not as thorough ( never calculated vent runs only number of vents). Wade Heating and Cooling also recommended a cold air return to be installed in the basement, which the original unit never had, and also a smart thermostat. I decided to accept Wade Heating and Cooling recommendations of a Carrier HVAC specific for my 2 story house, with the basement cold air return installation and an Ecobee smart thermostat. Wow. What a difference!! John explained that that heating and cooling is a whole house system that includes proper heating, cooling, humidity control, cold air returns and proper fan speed to maintain comfortable consistent temperature control. He set up and install appointment which was a 2 day install. Since it was an extremely hot stretch of weather they were able first install the AC in about a week to provide much needed cooling and returned in 2 weeks to finish up the heating part. Total time from the time I accepted the quote and down payment to completion was about 3 weeks. The 2 installation technicians Scott and Brandon were absolutely amazing. Completely professional, consulting with me with placement of new runs for the new exhaust needed for the high performance Carrier heating unit, vacuuming, cleaning up debris and removing the old units while causing minimal disruption as my wife works from home. Scott even assisted me setting up the smart thermostat! I am so pleased with my performance of the new Carrier HVAC system and especially with Wade Heating and Cooling from start to finish. I had a 30 year old furnace on its last legs. Given I am someone who always does a lot of research before moving forward, I did some online research and besides the company that had been servicing my existing HVAC equipment giving me a quote, I contacted 5 other companies for bids on a new furnace and AC system. In my research, I read that the quality of the install is just as or more important than the brand of the equipment. And I definitely noticed a difference in the knowledge and expertise each company presented when I met with their company sales rep / estimators. I ended up with 7 quotes (one company quoted two different brands) but two reps really stood out from the rest with their knowledge. One was Lonnie Auten with Wade Heating \& Cooling. Lonnie and a Trane rep were the only two who took the time to do calculations to ensure the system was properly sized (the others just looked at the size I was replacing and asked if I was happy with how it kept the temperature). Lonnie and the other gentleman were also the only two to notice a couple issues with the way our old company had installed a humidifier. In fact, even though I just had the furnace serviced a week prior and mentioned the humidifier was leaking – the old service tech did not fix it. Lonnie saw it was leaking, went out and grabbed a tool from his car and tried to figure out the issue to stop the leak. He discovered a slight crack in a supply hose and said he could have his techs fix it if they did the install (in the end I had them replace the entire humidifier). Lonnie and the other gentlemen were also the only two to talk about federal tax credits and to ensure the whole system was AHRI matched to qualify for those tax credits. They both took the time to answer all my questions I ended up with 2 quotes on Carrier, 2 on Bryant, 2 on Trane and 1 on Lennox equipment. While not the cheapest quote, the quotes provided by Lonnie and the one Trane rep were pretty competitive. I actually had a lower quote from another Carrier dealer, but I just felt much more comfortable that Wade would provide a higher level of installation and service so chose to move forward with them. My installation took place over two days and the two installers, Scott and Brandon were very professional, on time and did a great job. They asked me if I had any questions up front, told me what they would be doing that day, and kept me apprised calling me down when needed to ensure I was ok with a few placement decisions they had to make. They cleaned up everything, walked my wife and I through how to operate everything and made sure I was satisified. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Wade to others. In fact, based on my interactions with Lonnie and before my install was done, I gave my daughter and her fiancé Wade's name and number as they needed a pressure relief valve on a heating boiler in the house they just bought replaced and were not having any luck finding someone to service it in a timely manner. Wade was able to come out, order the part and plans to install it for them next week. Very happy with my experience.

Had my furnace replaced after the heat exchanger failed on my old one (it was 18 years old, so not unexpected). Wade gave me a great price for a superior product and helped me understand what the issues were with my previous furnace so I could avoid them in the future. All around great experience!

Wade was one of 3 similar companies in my local area including my existing maintenance company. Wade was the most reasonable of the 3 which made it easy to make my decision. In addition wades estimator ( John L,) addressed on existing cold air return problem from the original build.( 40 years) either the other 2 businesses were either not aware of the problem or chose to ignore it. John added an additional hot and cold air return into my hallway to alleviate the problem. On installation, wade installers Steve and Nick did not disappoint. Both were very detailed and Professional with their work and fielded all of my questions with ease. They also fixed minor duct work seals at my request. Wade has now become my dealer of choice. They delayed final billing until the emergency heat coil in the air handler came in on back order.. (Not necessary this time of year).

Previously in June 2019 we used Wade for a new AC install, so of course we called Wade when our furnace started making loud noise. Wade was quickly able to send someone that same day. Zak came for the service call on Tuesday, diagnosed the issue and gave us all of our options for the repair. Zak was very helpful and honest with my all of my questions, he was great. We decided a new furnace instead of replacing parts would be best option for us so Zak put us in for the soonest install appointment on Friday. Turns out on Wednesday afternoon the issue got worse and completely broke, no heat at all when it was 27 degrees outside. We called into Wade to see if by any chance we could get the install earlier and they bumped us up to Thursday afternoon. Ryan called Thursday morning and said they would be there earlier than we expected, which was great because we were just using space heaters. The 2 guys Ryan and Andre showed up shortly after he called and they had the new furnace installed and running in no time. By 1pm we had heat again back at 70 in the house. Ryan and Andre were great too. I showed them into the basement and they got right to work. They even installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it. Wade should be proud of the professionalism from their associates. My family and I appreciate them very much for restoring our heat as quickly as they did, THANK YOU!

Great Job from sales to installers from Wade My previous Carrier Infinity System lasted 11 years the BIG disappointment was a "service bulletin" on the possible problems with the old heat pump which as a customer we were never contacted to have it check. I believe the unit would have lasted longer installed in our new home. The system was registered with Carrier so they should have been more proactive on the issue with the Bristol Compressor.

The crew from Wade HVAC did an excellent job installing this unit. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I was so pleased with the service and professionalism of the folks at Wade. The two guys who did the installation were superb. They were neat; on\-time; efficient; and extremely polite. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves each day...I barely knew they had been in my house. The whole experience could not have gone any better.

There was one thing that was disappointing. It didn't have anything to do with the install or the men who worked here. It's about the administration issue at the office. We have been waiting for our rebate check for a few weeks now (assuming it was sent after we paid the final payment). Since it didn't arrive, I called the dealer and was told that our invoice wasn't finalized yet (after 2 months!!!!). We just received the info for the rebate after being told it would be handled by the administrative workers. What would have happened if I didn't call and ask about the rebate??? How much longer would we be waiting. When you spend over $10,000, the $500 rebate is something to look forward to. Now that we have to send it in ourselves, that's another 6 weeks to wait.

We had four different HVAC contractors submit proposals for a full\-home HVAC system in our three\-story, 120 year\-old American foursquare home. Installation of a 12000btu ductless unit for a 144 sq foot sunroom including a 220 volt line and 20amp breaker from the panel box to a disconnect at the outside unit. Ran electric, heat and cooling lines to the fan coil unit that was mounted on the wall of the sunroom

We had to replace a Carrier central air conditioner that totally broke down a few months after the warranty expired. Of course, Carrier offered to do absolutely nothing to help us out considering the system was barely out of warranty. Since we also have a Carrier Infinity system furnace, we hated to do it, but gritted our teeth and purchased another Carrier Infinity a/c unit. We like the Infinity system, but are really hoping we get more than ten years out of this one. Had it not been for the fact we have the matching system furnace and are happy with the service provided by Wade Heating \& Cooling, we would have went with a different brand.
