RSC replaced my failed heat pump with a new Infinity 5\-Stage system and a Wi\-Fi control. The technicians were polite and courteous, they covered the floor with protective covers. When they were completed, the salesman came to my home to go over every aspect of the new system and control. Very Professional! The new system is so quiet that you need to stand beside it to know it is running. The new Wi\-Fi control is easy to use and the dehumidify mode makes our home more comfortable even though the thermostat temperature is 2 degrees higher than the old system. I am actually looking forward to getting my electric bill.

I have used RSC Heating and Air for probably 20 years have but several Products off of them. RSC has put in radiant floor heating in my home which works perfectly. They installed central air in my home 20 years ago any issues I had with it they fixed properly and professionally. They never tried to rip me off always gave me options to do things cheaper and not spend a lot of money they told me things that could not be fixed things that could wait to be fixed and did a good job every time. I have had several of their technicians down at my home over the years I trust each of them explicitly I allow them in my home when no one is home that's how much I trust them they are good people and they know their products. You can't go wrong you won't find better. And no I'm not an employee I am just a very satisfied customer
