Every part of the process went great, from my first phone call to schedule an estimate all the way through final installation and billing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, they answered all of my questions quickly and professionally which gave me complete confidence at all times.

Contacted Creative Comfort, very responsive to email. Set up appointment, Jay showed up on time, made a few recommendations, told me I would have quote in about a week, had it in two days. I accepted quote, called office set everything up, three guys came, completed work in no time, didnt even know they were there. Cleaned everything up, showed me how to operate all equipment before they left. Work was completed on a Friday, by end of day I had product registration, rebate, tax credit all completed and sent to me, also had a appointment already scheduled fot them to come a check system in a year. Excellent customer service.

Arrived on time, worked in a very clean manner, got the job done in no time.

Jason and Chris understood my needs, and addressed my concerns, and promptly gave me a quote with an excellent price, From quote to install was two weeks. We are so impressed. Creative Comforts HVAC team that did the install today, December 6, 2023, were so courteous and neat. We could have asked for a better job. Heck, they evened vacuumed the carpet when they finished the interior unit installs. I will not go anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend Creative Comfort for any of your HVAC system needs. New installation of carrier infinity heat and A/C units to replace 17 year old Gibson system. Inatal crew very professional and answered all of my questions. Contacted the dealer twice regarding questions, condensation on duck work and air leak on cabinet, post installation and sent a service tech out within hours to address. Service techs also answered all of my questions. Have only been running the system a few days but am very pleased so far. It keeps the house at set point temperature with no variations, runs so quite don't know unit is on until you feel the cold air from the vents. Getting used to the infinity thermostat and all of its functions. Very pleased with the unit so far and the dealer, installation crew and service techs for their professionalism, answering my questions and addressing my concerns.
