The John Cipollone Inc team was there for me, especially Matthias Kuhn (along with help from Team J, Mike Mullarkey and Mike Pfeil). My 9 year old Carrier furnace failed and I was looking at a pricey install (several local companies were quoting me between $7000 \- $9500). Matthias went out of his way to help me research Carrier furnace issues and we both found that Carrier offers customers an extended warranty on my particular model. No other company pointed this out to me (and believe me I called many local companies) and this effort saved me a LOT of money. Matthias and the team had me scheduled within days (despite a state wide work shut down due to Covid\-19) , and had my new unit in quickly and professionally. I cannot praise John Cipollone Inc enough for the service they provided, it is nice to know a man like Matthias Kuhn is out there, looking out for the consumer with integrity, passion and professionalism.

Cipollone was very professional, courteous, reasonable, and provided high quality work. I felt 100% comfortable going with Cipollone after meeting and discussing my options with Matthias. He was very knowledgeable and honest. The other aspect that I really appreciated was that Matthias wasn't just a sales guy, but he actually performed the work on install day. The other companies I met with sent sales reps to my house who really couldn't answer all my questions because they don't actually do the work. Had our central Air system replaced. Matthias at Cipollone's reviewed the removal and install procedure. Larry and Tim did a wonderful job installing the SpacePak and Carrier systems. John Cipollone Inc. replaced my nearly 25 year old Furnace and AC with a new Carrier Performance system. Throughout the process, they were honest and thorough. In addition to spec'ing out the equipment, they found some deficiencies in my duct work and included them in the repair. They also offered to fix any ductwork leaks I found separately (which I did). Their installers were professional, courteous, clean and respectful.

The Cippolone staff were knowledgable, with both theory and practical issues, adapted to an over hundred year old house with expertise and skill. The air conditioning works wonderfully, with the third floor as comfortable as the first floor, which is remarkable for a house will only moderate insulation.

Matthias and the guys helped me out with a very complex install that called for replacing a 20 year old retrofit system that was poorly designed. Matthias came up with a plan to reroute the ductwork without requiring walls to be opened up. When it turned out the compressor that was originally spec'd for the job was not large enough, they replaced with a bigger unit without charging extra. All around great guys to work with. These guys take pride in what they do and stand behind their work\-\-things that were expected 20\-30 years ago, but are far from common now.
