Heat Pump Installation

Just had system installed. No service or problems yet.

They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It was a major job and they were very hard workers. I was glad we selected them. I wouldn't choose anyone else. I selected them because when my old furnace broke down 2 Christmases in a row, one phone call to them and they were there. I appreciate that kind of service. You couldn't ask for a better team.

Had a new carrier unit installed and already have an issue with our cooling temp. We set are unit at 71 degrees and it cools my house to 65 degrees

Great service inspection of old furnace to the install of new furnace in less than a week.

The demo and install was done in one day and they did a good job. We're very thankful they were able to install the unit in a reasonable time frame considering the time of year and demand for hvac services.

Even through the Covid, they kept their masks on all the time, they were great communicators, on time, professional, courteous, friendly, completed a professional and clean removal and replacement and did not leave until they were sure everything was working properly. Guys were very dedicated to the job to do it right! They ran into some problems but took care of it without any problems. He took the time even after a 9 hour day to explain the entire system to me before they left. I would definitely recommend them!

One thing I have to say about Link Service in Ebensburg,Pa. . They have outstanding service, PERIOD !!!. When there is a problem ( IN THE LAST 13 YRS\> ONLY HAD TO CALL ABOUT TWO TIMES ), The service tech. drives from Ebensburg to Johnstown within HRS. !!!. This kind of service is probably unheard of in todays world.Our new Carrier condenser works good, is compact , and is super quite when running. Drew \& Mike did a good job. Drew went on another service call so Mike had to test the new unit for leaks,. There was none. Mike really took the time \& explained everything. That was educational for me . All in all the condenser installation went very well .Thanks Again. Ed \& Pauline Drobnak.
