From the minute the technicians were on\-site, they were friendly and courteous. They outlined the steps of the install, answered all of my questions and were proactive with additional discussion points throughout the remainder of the appointment. I highly recommend New Age Air!

Have had New Age Air for about 20 years, a family run business you can trust!

They were on time, got right to work and had me up and running when promised. The only minor downside was the installers smoked out in my driveway while getting equipment from their truck and left cigarette butts all over my driveway that I had to clean up.

Still waiting to see if they fix the base of the outside unit. The base does not look secure .

Service was great

Had several issues with unit I inherited when I bought my house. Had New Age out several times even on Christmas Eve morning. Always fixed the problem. Last time it was just unfixable and bought a new Carrier unit for heating and cooling. Just 2 weeks old but seems to work well.

Installation went as planned. Systems are quiet and working well. Two things I don?t like. First the thermostats. They have minds of their own, I am constantly having to change temperatures, they might as well be manual and are not calibrated to the actual temperature so it?s all guess work. Also they are unsightly and do not suit my decor. Secondly the heating exhaust smells really bad outside and is noisy. So far we have only had one utility bill, but it is much higher then previous bills, not as promised with a new, supposedly more energy efficient system. I am less happy with this system than I expected to be. The dealer, Jason , made promises that have not been fulfilled.

So far so good but we haven't had the opportunity to really test the new AC on a hot humid day. New Age has been very responsive to my concerns about the new system so far. I hope their resonsiveness will continue as I have the opporunity to test how the new system cools and/or heats my home. Hot summer days ahead so time will tell!

The owner of New Age Air provided a solid presentation, providing data\-based reasons for choosing the different system options available. They suggested (and we had installed) a zoned heating/cooling system, which has greatly enhanced the comfort levels in the upstairs and downstairs. The installers were knowledgeable, committed to making the installation as good for the homeowner as possible. In addition, they were very neat and mindful of keeping the household disruption to a minimum. Further, they gave a good walk\-through of the operation of the system. I would definitely recommend this installer.
