The installation of my new heat pump system was wonderful. Both technicians were professional, on time or early, installed the system just as we had discussed when the service professional came to do the initial bid and workup. They cleaned up the site, put down new vapor barrier and left the site much better than it was when they came. It was a totally great experience.

So far, I am happy with the work done by Anctil. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, from estimate to install and follow\-up. The only reason I rated service 4 stars was that it took about a month to get an install date after signing the contract, and communication could have been a little better. There was one glitch after install but was resolved in 1 week. System is working great during some pretty hot weather. I had got a reference from a friend and would recommend them to others.

I cannot say enough good things about Anctil. They are responsive, friendly, knowledge, problem solvers with employees that represent them well.

Fabulous Install. Both Minh and Jose found solutions to the install puzzles. I'm sure every install requires some outside the box thinking. These guys were in overdrive for two days installing this system and made it a work of art in its appearance of simplicity although it was a very involved project. Always thinking several steps ahead throughout the project.

Anctil had done work for us before. They are very dependable and always did a good job for us.

We've been using Anctil for 15 years so when it was time to replace our furnace and heat pump there was no other place we were going to go. We are happy to have stuck with them!

Have been a customer for about 25 years

We had a Carrier furnace since 1980. We replaced the furnace 8 years ago with Anctil. It works great. This summer we added central air. The install went perfectly and we can keep the house warm or cool within a given range without touching anything.

Jake Gross was very knowledgeable and was an expert in this field and gave me options I didn't even know about that are more affordable and efficient than I'd ever imagined. Very grateful!!

I have worked with several HVAC companies through the years. Each was decent . . . for a while. But Anctil is just a step above everyone else. Their technicians are knowledgeable, considerate, and on time. The company communicates well with its customers, gives competitive bids, and just works as if it respects its customers. Very nice experience in this day and age.

They arrived on time for the appointment, installed the new air conditioner, explained most of the features and finished in four hours.

Overall good. Had many bumps along the way and some things that needed to be reinstalled properly. "B team" did the initial install and "A team" had to come out and fix several things. Some things were not done to code at first and I had to point that out to the company. One installer gave incorrect information on several items about code and necessity of insulating duct, all were not correct. (seems that he wanted to leave for the day rather than doing it right the first time) ( had newly installed duct and insulation was taped/ touching existing hot water heater exhaust. Code is that there needs to be min 1" clearance. Potential fire issue) The project manager did make sure that all issues were resolved. Very prompt in fixing mistakes. If you use them make sure the inspector who reviews the install does a through job to make sure everything is completed correctly. Great customer service. Very prompt in fixing issues. Great price. Best price from 4 total quotes we gathered. Other companies quoted less work/ and less efficient equipment for more money. I would use again. If you pick this company make sure they send their A team.

I was installing new central air in a house with existing gas furnace and duct work. Their rep was willing to discuss various options based on my existing set up and narrow side yard easement. While bid was cheap it was better than others I had talked with or had used at another house. The installation happened early (BONUS! just in time for the first week of hot temps!) and it was all handled in a professional manner. They explained how they would handle everything I had concerns about. I will use them in the future for maintenance.

Very helpful in deciding how to proceed in replacing my heater and adding central air conditioning. Anctil also came in with the best bid out of three. Once I decided, it was just a few days later that the installers were at my home and completed everything within a day.

The estimator was prompt and courteous. The installers were polite and respectful which was important since it was a two day job.

They were very professional, answered all my questions during the installation and cleaned up after! The installation took longer than usual because they had to drill through a double foundation wall. The lines went through the garage and were tucked up very neatly behind all the other ductwork! I am very pleased with the service I received!

Our new furnace stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I called the emergency number many times and never got a response. I called the next morning and was informed there must have been a glitch in their pager system. I ended up purchasing three space heaters, which helped to keep our home warm on one of the coldest evenings of the year.

We live in an older home with an upstairs and living room that we were never able to adequately heat or cool. I wanted to fix that and began getting estimates for replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Anctil carefully assessed our problem and recommended adding additional ductwork and vents, in order to increase the air supply to the underserved areas in our house, as well as installing a two zone system. I accepted Anctil's bid over several others that I felt did not adequately address our problem. When it came time to perform the work, they did what they'd promised in a professional and efficient way. Now we're getting much better heat throughout the house, especially in the upstairs and living room, and presumably will enjoy better cooling when summer arrives. I don't think we would have gotten the same result had we just replaced the furnace and air conditioner, and done nothing about the ductwork, which Anctil figured out how to do, at a reasonable price. I also think that their recommendations for the type of furnace and zoning system was helpful. In short, I'm quite pleased with the job Anctil did.

Everything about this installation was easy and straightforward. My options were clearly explained, the installation was scheduled in a timely manner, the technicians were prompt, efficient and cleaned up after they were done, They also explained what they had done and how to maintain the new furnace. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Eric and the team at Anctil were professional, laid back, honest and easy to work with through the whole purchasing and install of our new furnace and a/c unit. With such a big purchase it was good to know we were in good hands. When a few small issues arose they were dealt with immediately and fairly. The new Carrier system is awesome! We replaced and upgraded our Heat Pump system and all the guys were professional, worked fast, they got it all done in 2 days. They worked in the rain and didn't mind our barking dogs. They explained the system well and set up the inspection for our city code also. They are a great company I will be working with them again!

Forest fire smoke covering the city for days was endangering the health of my husband, whose childhood asthma has returned with a vengeance. We had to get AC and an air cleaner so we could close up the house on smoky days. Anctil rescued us. The smoke came back two days after installation! We got through 5 consecutive days of bad smoke just fine. Thanks, Anctil.

A good experience all around. From the day we called Anctil for a quote to the final installation, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and thought creatively about our install. Eric from Anctil provided a competitive quote and provided creative ideas on how to accomplish the install with the least amount of materials showing in our garage. Anctil was right on time with their estimated time to install which was 4 \- 5 weeks out. The installers, Min \& Jose were on time the day of the install and finished the entire install in one day, which we were amazed at considering it was a lot of work, but they were professional and knew what they were doing. They too were creative with on the fly changes and adjustments needed to ensure everything fit properly in the space provided and to allow for the least amount of materials showing. The electricians were timely too and finished their work over the course of the morning the day of the install. We've been using our new system with no issues to date and are happy we chose Anctil and Carrier.

Anctil Heating and Cooling was with me from start to finish by providing stellar support and communication as we tried to pursue a gas conversion. Unfortunately we were unable to convert to gas due to limitations of our neighborhood and gas provider. They were able to quickly flip the quote for an all electric solution and laid out the various options, rebates and service needs. I would definitely use and recommend Anctil again for any HVAC needs.

Anctil provided and installed a Carrier Performance 20 sheer 10 HSPF ductless heat pump and low mounted fan coil. Very neat and tidy unit inside and out.
