My 23 year old furnace just went dead and I could not get it to work. Based on looking for Carrier dealers on the internet, I called KW Lang Mechanical late Friday afternoon, 10/19/18. Craig Pons answered the phone and we made an appointment at my house for 8:00 AM on Monday. Craig gave me a written quote together with some advise. I called his cell phone back at 10:00 AM, I asked Craig to define some matters. He did and I told him I want to make the deal for the Carrier unit. By Noon, Craig e\-mailed me the final contract which I was to approve and e\-mail back. I did. Craig already scheduled the installation for Wednesday, 10/24/18 at 8:00 AM. Craig knew my home had no working heat and it was cold. The installer showed up at 7:45 AM. By 3:00 PM, the Carrier furnace was professionally installed by, what I thought was an excellent technician, who did a very good job and even cleaned up upon his completion. Summary: I started with a cold house with a furnace that did not work, got an estimate which I thought was fair, made a deal, scheduled an installation, completed an installation and now I have a warm house. I never did business with KW Lang before and in exactly 2 1/2 days my house went from cold to warm. This was a text book positive experience for both parties. Thank you.
