Waiting to run it, when the weather finally break

New furnace running great. Maybe a little more noisy than I expected, but nice to have regulated heat back in my home after my 17 year old furnace died unexpectedly.

Have used Cresenze for 6 or 7 years now to service my Carrier electric heat pump. When it recently went bad I switched to a Carrier gas unit and chose Cresenze because I trust them. Mike has always been honest, his employees are always professional, so I had no hesitation using them. They had my new furnace and air conditioner installed in less than 2 days (had heat day 1), and I love the new unit already. Did the Ecobee smart thermostat and it's easy to use, and we could feel the difference in gas heat from electric immediately. Wish I would have done this a few years ago to be honest.

All three did a great job, friendly communicated well with me during install. I am nosey kept checking on their progress. Over all outstanding experience from beginning to end.
