The Raymond team was quick to react and after a system review it was decided that the 25 year old system had to be replaced. You offered a quick solution at a fair market price and provided outstanding service and installation of a new Carrier system. The installation team was extremely professional and clean, one would never know they had been at the house as they cleaned up everything and were very attentive to the concerns of our 90 year old mother everything went better the expected! Jim seemed to do a great job of installing new Carrier Furnace. We enjoyed having him in our home.

Had a couple of estimates the first came and walk though home counted heat ducts and returns checked out existing furnace and told me they'ed email me the estimate and left .. K.C. from RAYMONDS showed up after and inspected system check all gas line service like my hot water tank, then counted and measured all duct work then measured all rooms, and also measured my windows and then we sat down tossed some numbers and came up with a high efficent CARRIER furnance with interest free finance. I like the fact he had time to spent and do the job right . DONE DEAL. The other guys Email was no real info . just 95% american standard "WHATS THAT ,I DONT KNOW AND WENT with Raymond " GOOD JOB AND WELL INSTALLED THANK YOU

I had a total of 4 estimates and I choose Raymond Plumbing: not because they were the lowest in fact they came in third place. But they had me convinced by answering all my questions about the unit, its performance and warranty. They took the time to come out and map out the project, the time it would take to install and they cleaned up after themselves. During the install and other plumbing work there was not just a few people that came out to do the work, but there were teams that came out to tackle each of the projects: installing the central air, rerouting plumbing and exhaust lines; the installation of outdoor water lines/spigots. During all this work the owner came out to see if I were please or if I had any questions. I was impressed. I have contracted other work to them and have told family and friends who may be in need of plumbing.
