Zack, the plumber, was on time and quickly assessed the problem. The garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Zack quickly replaced the disposal and it works fine. Very happy with the results. I've used Raymond plumbing before and have always been very pleased with their work.

Finding out that the job could be done same day, then finding out we could upgrade to tankless same day. James was fantastic and would definitely welcome him back every time. Said i wanted 2 knobs changed in showers. He showed up with one cartridge. He left light on in the basement even though i asked him to turn them off.

Excellent communication throughout entire process. From setting appt. ( office Personnell was amazingly pleasant) to completion. Techs were very friendly and informative. Just moved here from NJ….so glad I found a dependable and friendly plumber!!!

Great service. But price for work completed was way more than it should be. Just changed two real cheap seals on the toilets. 15 min job tops.

They were able to schedule an appointment the day after my online contact request. Zak was friendly \& personable \& extremely professional and the job was completed in a matter of just a few hours which I greatly appreciated. No evidence of any mess was left behind and all standing water on my basement floor was removed \& his partner even shoveled my sidewalk for me! An outstanding experience, a fair price for parts \& labor in my opinion plus extraction \& disposal of my old unit, I now have a warrantee'd brand new 40 gallon Rheem for $1650 which will last me easily 20 years. They have serviced our HVAC system for 43 years and we just now had a new one installed. They have kept us up and running and once the old furnace could no longer be fixed, they brought us space heaters and took care of us until they could get our new furnace installed and running. My air conditioner wasn't working, and Raymond Plumbing and Heating responded quickly. They were flexible with my schedule and called ahead before arriving, which was very convenient with my work. The response time was phenomenal! When they were on site we realized the issue was related to something not even in their wheelhouse but we greatly appreciated how fast they got back to us and sent someone out and how professional the tech was that came to our house. Class act! Can't recommend them enough!

Gabe was very personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem (thermostat) and installed a new thermostat efficiently.

I would just think it wouldn't be as expensive as it was for a 2 minute service. It would have been nice to be advised I could have done this myself and save $105.

The Raymond team was quick to react and after a system review it was decided that the 25 year old system had to be replaced. You offered a quick solution at a fair market price and provided outstanding service and installation of a new Carrier system. The installation team was extremely professional and clean, one would never know they had been at the house as they cleaned up everything and were very attentive to the concerns of our 90 year old mother everything went better the expected! Jim seemed to do a great job of installing new Carrier Furnace. We enjoyed having him in our home.

Had a couple of estimates the first came and walk though home counted heat ducts and returns checked out existing furnace and told me they'ed email me the estimate and left .. K.C. from RAYMONDS showed up after and inspected system check all gas line service like my hot water tank, then counted and measured all duct work then measured all rooms, and also measured my windows and then we sat down tossed some numbers and came up with a high efficent CARRIER furnance with interest free finance. I like the fact he had time to spent and do the job right . DONE DEAL. The other guys Email was no real info . just 95% american standard "WHATS THAT ,I DONT KNOW AND WENT with Raymond " GOOD JOB AND WELL INSTALLED THANK YOU

I had a total of 4 estimates and I choose Raymond Plumbing: not because they were the lowest in fact they came in third place. But they had me convinced by answering all my questions about the unit, its performance and warranty. They took the time to come out and map out the project, the time it would take to install and they cleaned up after themselves. During the install and other plumbing work there was not just a few people that came out to do the work, but there were teams that came out to tackle each of the projects: installing the central air, rerouting plumbing and exhaust lines; the installation of outdoor water lines/spigots. During all this work the owner came out to see if I were please or if I had any questions. I was impressed. I have contracted other work to them and have told family and friends who may be in need of plumbing.
