The product works like a charm; no more cracked, bleeding fingertips; no more stuffy nose; no more dry, itchy skin. Relative humidity as measured by wet bulb/dry bulb hygrometer is up 10.3±3.0 percentage points from the same time a year previous.
I had to tighten the packing nuts on the input and output lines to the solenoid valve. The technician ran the drain line in front of the access panel to furnace filters. However, that is not a problem as there is another access panel on the other side of the ductwork.
