I requested an estimate for replacing my entire HVAC system. Kevin arrived right on time, discussed my goals with me, evaluated my current set up, and made a recommendation. What stood out to me was Kevin's thoughtful questions about how my current system provides physical comfort and my air conditioning usage, and how he used that information to guide his recommendations. When I had follow up questions, he was responsive and knowledgeable. While I'm still evaluating quotes, this experience was very positive.

For $140 dollars, furnace filter should be replaced. Mine was not replaced as the technician stated it still looked clean. In that case, a new one should be left for the next replacement.

Josh and Cody were great: Answered all questions; showed how to relight pilot; provided CO2 detector; recommended plumber and electrician; cleaned up everything AND remembered to close the gate so the dog can't escape\-\-nobody else does that. Nice inspector from Pugh\-\-gave me contact info for plumbers. A pleasant experience\-\-thanks.

Technician was friendly and introduced himself. He needed a part that wasn't in his vehicle. Drove back to the shop and returned the same day with it to complete the repair. I wish the invoice included a breakdown of parts and labor time.

Went on your website and scheduled an appointment. The next morning I got a call saying that appointment was not available and nothing was available until the following week. So I went to another company and had it fixed.

The product works like a charm; no more cracked, bleeding fingertips; no more stuffy nose; no more dry, itchy skin. Relative humidity as measured by wet bulb/dry bulb hygrometer is up 10.3±3.0 percentage points from the same time a year previous. I had to tighten the packing nuts on the input and output lines to the solenoid valve. The technician ran the drain line in front of the access panel to furnace filters. However, that is not a problem as there is another access panel on the other side of the ductwork.

Very rude customer service. Shockingly rude on phone. Could not give any help at all. Called during business hours and was put on hold until could be transferred to answering service.

My A/C system was troubleshot and defective (shorted compressor) was found. The unit was replaced 4 days later with a new Carrier system. The installation went smoothly and quickly. I am pleased with the results.

Remove and replace 18 year old whole house AC with new Carrier system.
