Matt the salesman was GREAT! and very knowledgeable. The two installers seemed to be ill prepared but did get the install about 95% right eventually. Matt had to come back out to finish the thermidistat programming and wiring. The original installers didn't seem to know how to interconnect the EDGE thermostat, and put in a humidistat on the furnace, which eventually got disconnected after the EDGE was programmed and wired correctly. They were however, nice enough guys, even though not fully trained, knowledgeable, or prepared. I would still have Jack's Plumbing Heating and A/C do further service or installs.

very professional install. The team of installers were super friendly.... they even let me hang around and ask questions and watch them work !!!! ( I'm nosey like that ) not only did they replace my furnace, the water heater also. new piping and venting. this was done in a timely manner. great job !!!
