Air Conditioner Repair & Service

I had a furnace cleaning scheduled until my furnace stopped working. They sent a tech who got my old furnace working, and we were able to schedule an estimate for the next day. They were easy to work with and held pricing until I could generate the money. They did offer a financing plan if my funds did not come through. The installers were knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to know and what to expect while they were there.

The Butler staff, from top to bottom, were willing to work with us given special medical situation to accommodate our timing and special needs. They went above and beyond to be flexible and still do a great install.

Installation service was good, it took longer than planned but the installers had to change how the unit connected to the air exchange. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. My exiting unit had life left with some major new parts (it was still leaking from a bad installation) and Bulter worked with a local non\-profit so that they could pick up the unit from the warehouse and use it for someone in need. I very much appreciated that extra step to allow me to help someone else.

I had my new AC unit installed in April to replace an outdated unit. After the installation, I had to get it recharged. After the charge, in a matter of a few days, my home keeps getting hotter. Good thing I am under warranty but this is a bit frustrating.

Do not like thermostat

Willing to put in temporary a/c portable for tenant during 90+ heat wave! Prompt service and new installation within 5 days! I've used Butler Heating \& A/C for 25 years for heating and a/c.

The Butler tech was had my house for the regular spring system check. He advised there were several issues with my A/C unit, that could be repaired for about $3000 \- $3500. He said a new system would cost around $4000, so of course it seemed reasonable to purchase a new system. However, when I met with the sales rep (who was very professional) the actual cost was around $7000 \- $8000, so I felt sort of ambushed. If the service tech could provide a realistic estimate for a new system vs. repairs, that would have helped me to better make a decision.

My 20 year old furnace died on a Friday evening. Ben came out on Sunday to discuss options, and arranged for a new furnace that next Tuesday and AC on Wednesday. Nick in the office, Ben the project manager, Brandon and Chris who handled the installation did an excellent job. I was impressed with their professionalism.

Technician was knowledgeable

We lost heat overnight. Called Butler and they were out early, diagnosed the problem\-\-\-however when we realized our furnace was 20 years old we decided to replace rather than fix. A gentleman from Butler came out that afternoon and took data from our home to make sure they could provide the best furnace possible. He was extremely knowledgeable on the Carrier products. Love the furnace we chose. The technicians that installed were superior when it came to professionalism. Absolutely top notch service from start to finish.

The Carrier Infinity HVAC system was the best replacement for my home. The Infinity furnace and air conditioner are very efficient and very quiet.
