Tony (sales) walked us through all of the options and probably stayed well past his scheduled day to work around our schedules and get all of our questions answered. Tommy (and his various co\-workers) was awesome. Made sure that I understood what was happening and why. Got us finished before we were even originally scheduled to start! And it was a big job.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer this year, and we had a then 3 week old newborn. We called Adams Heating \& Cooling and they were able to send someone out two days earlier than any other company we had called. And believe me, we had called a LOT of companies in Cincinnati! At the repair appointment we found out the AC unit needed to be replaced. The repairman was not pushy at all about buying or with what model to purchase. He was willing to wait until our family had time to discuss all our options before moving forward. We made a decision and Adams Heating \& Cooling offered to install the new unit on a day the company is closed, so that we could have AC sooner rather than later. Other companies had quoted us at one to two weeks out just for an install! To top everything off, Adams Heating \& Cooling cAlled a day earlier than the install date and said they could start work THAT day! The unit was installed and everything walked through with us in a manner that was easy to understand. It was WELL worth every penny we spent!
