The 5 star team did an excellent job of installing our new Furnace and air conditioner. All done the day after the inspection! highly recommend the 5 Star Home Services

After having four new AC units installed in May 2024, I’ve had many issues with this company including: immediate warrantee service on two of the units, they forgot to contact me to schedule the seasonal inspections, and tried to upsell me on compressor saver kits after installation. Worst of all, I caught them deceitfully recommending unneeded repairs and replacement of several items (unrelated to the installed AC units). For example, - Plumber recommended replacement of two water heaters saying that two of them were 21 years old when I have had water heaters replaced all water heaters within the last 4-8 years. - The technician recommended installation of smoke/carbon monoxide detectors saying that they were missing in all of the bedrooms. My son and I personally installed new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in every bedroom less than three weeks ago.

Unit with incorrect SEER2 rating was initially installed, but remedied after some discussion.

Nice service techs, very knowledgeable. Kinda of hard to remember after 9 months though. Really thought I had already wrote a review but...

The company came out three times before installation to inspect and make sure the installation would be done correctly. Very professional.

Need to replace a 30 year old system. They came and evaluated what we had and what was recommended. I had researched BTU needs prior to our meeting. They came and told us exactly what I had found. Installed in one day. Received an energy credit on our taxes and our bills for gas and electricity have dropped.

I had my personal system replaced in 2023 and our condo clubhouse needed replacements. Five Star submitted a price the Board couldn't refuse, after Pooya Yousefi went above and beyond to explain our current systems and what they could offer in new ones. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and spent a lot of time with the Board.

Employees were very conscientious and determined to make sure everything was working correctly.

Dale and Mike couldn't have been more professional and the quality of their work was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the job that they did. Dale even noticed an issue with our water heater vent pipe and fixed that for us while he was here. Everything was tested thoroughly and cleaned up and both guys were very friendly. The whole process was amazing from start to finish. The salesman was spectacular and spent a lot of time just walking out our home and inspecting our current HVAC setup. Our old furnace had lasted us 22yrs. We were surprised at how many little things were discovered to be wrong including the size of the furnace itself. Then he was patient with us and extremely well educated as he explained all the benefits of each system that he had suggested for us… a week later we had our new HVAC system installed by 2 of the nicest guys I've met. They worked all day long and did an amazing job with the installation and then took time to explain the setup for the thermostat and sensors. Thanks to everyone at Pickerington Heating and Cooling for making this an exceptional process!

From when I first began shopping for a new system last year through installation this week, I have been very happy with the service and the current specials are a fantastic price.

The installers corrected issues that existed with the previous heating and cooling system. The prior system was too large for my home so the prior installers placed pipes in positions that were too high for warm and cool air to go through the vents in my bedroom and family room. Consequently, these room were too hot in the summer and too cool in the winter. I used space heaters to help warm my bedroom during winter months. After installation of my Carrier system, it was obvious that problem had been corrected. It was cool that night so I turned on the heat. Heat was evenly distributed throughout my entire home. I was so pleased, and looked forward to a comfortable home.

Arrived as scheduled. Completed the installation quicker than expected. Very nice, polite technicians who absolutely new exactly what they were doing.

Very thorough from beginning to end

All of the Five Star employees were prompt, professional, and fair. The service team explained what they were doing during every step along the way and were so polite and knowledgeable. The repair tech arrived quickly after I initially called and connected with a sales rep who came out the same day. The following day, we had a new a/c unit installed, right before the hot holiday weekend. It was a great experience.

We decided to replace entire system and they installed it the following day. But if I had known 13 SEER is the least efficient AC, I probably would have upgraded.

Mark came out at my request to give me an annual heater tune\-up. Took pictures and informed me that it looks pretty bad. I knew it was as old as the house, so got a quote from Mark and then after discussing with my wife, decided to purchase a new furnace. Got me scheduled pretty quick, then Cody and Cody showed up to install. It took them longer than expected, but when completed they tided up, explained as much as I could understand, They were real gentlemen. That was yesterday and today the heat is much better.

If you need anything done with your HVAC system do yourself a favor and call Five Star Heating and Cooling. I had an issue with my ac, my warranty company denied me so had to do the financial part myself. Out of three estimates Five Star was the company I chose. Shane came over to have a look at what I needed. He explained things very well and then went way beyond regular service to be sure I got ac quickly. I told him I wasn't going to have the funds until the following week but after a call from Shane to the owner, the owner said I could post date a check and have the install right away! The evening before install I found a coupon in Val Pak which had a great price for the size ac condenser I needed. The morning of install I sent Shane a pic of the coupon and he adjusted my estimate to reflect the lower price! The guys who came to install were really wonderful. They were respectful of my home and got the job done in a fairly short time! Absolutely everything was cleaned up, I am really thrilled with my new system! Included free I also will receive a Fall (2021) furnace check up and a Spring (2022) ac check up! Definitly call Five Star if you need anything HVAC

Needed to replace my AC unit and furnace and was pleased with the service. scheduled a installation date, and the came out early in the morning and completed the total installation before 5 pm. The AC unit is working great, and we have better air circulation in our house than we had before. 5\- star heating and cooling called us about 2 weeks after they installed the units to ask if everything was working fine, and told us if we had any additional questions, to please call. Very happy so far.

This was our second time working with Five Star Heating \& Cooling and it was just as great as the first! They were extremely fast to get out and help diagnose our problem then when it became apparent we needed a new system, were back the next morning to get us taken care of. I highly recommend working with this crew as they are fantastic!!

My AC from 1997 finally went out for good. I searched online for local, heating and cooling companies to get a new AC. Grove City Heating \& Air provided me with the best price, product and service for a new AC after comparing multiple quotes . The price was so good I also decided to replace my furnace which was also 24 years old. I am so glad I went with Grove City Heating \& Air. I highly recommend them! I will use them for the next 100 years. Noah came out on July 20th and shared the great news that he could install a new AC and furnace the next day on July 21st! The next day! WOW! At a really great price! I like that they carry and install Carrier AC. Richard was awesome who installed my AC and furnace the next day. In 3 hours he was done installing a new AC and furnace and even made sure he picked up any loose screws. Richard was very professional with installation and made sure I was comfortable with the new equipment and explained how to operate the new thermostat. I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!!
