Being a Contractor myself, I am always apprehensive when I have to have something done on my own home and yet can't do it myself and have to rely on other professionals in the trades. However, for 30 years I have used Echols's for any servicing of my Heating and cooling system. ( my old system was 35 years old!!!!) I wanted to update my system and still went through the process of getting 2 more quotes besides Echols from other very well known and respected HVAC Companies. All 3 Companies were on the same page of apples to apples needs for my home. However, due to my prior confidence with Echol's, as well as my research on their BBB and Google Reviews and reading the good, bad and ugly reviews (trust me, there is no perfect Company, but you can read between the lines and see the truest integrity of a Company and a Consumer\-based on these reviews if you keep an open mind!) I was quite impressed with so many years in Business and all the Very Positive Reviews and even the ones who weren't stellar, Echol's replied and tried to make good on situations! That meant a lot! Therefore, even though Echol's was not the lowest bid, I Contracted with them anyway! I was so glad I did! The guys were amazing, very respectful of my home and our conversations based on my own trade knowledge and lack of knowledge in this instance but wanting to know enough to be understanding of this new system. They also had some issues with a faulty new Thermostat at 6:00 at night ( so ordered a new one and returned the next day with the new one and installed it!) and some PVC piping needed corrected due to an odd ben/slope that they caught on their "punch out\- final walk thru" and they corrected it immediately, so my new system would operate perfectly! Bravo Echol's! You have me as a customer for another 30 plus years hopefully!

Very good customer Service, from the day we called for Air\-condition \& Furnace units replacement estimates to the day the Carrier Infinity System was installed. Echols was very professional and prompt to respond to our needs. The rating of 4 above, it only reflects to the issue with the Manufacturer Infinity System Control unit to resolve the Ocuupency Status and software issues.

The technicians removed the old furnace and air conditioner and installed the new ones in a very professional way. They answered all questions we had and the new devices work wonderfully.

Echols informed me of my options. My repairs would cost around $1200. Since my furnace was going on 17 years it made sense to me to have it repaired. They were able to schedule a new furnace within a few days. They were professional and instructed me on how to set the thermostat and change the filters. I highly recommend Echols Heating and air conditioning.

They made excellent recommendations and did not try to sell me on things that would not benefit me. Was very happy with the receptiveness and flexibility they had around smaller choices like location of duct runs and registers and placement of the AC unit outside. I'm no pro in heating \& air con but I do have an engineering mindset, and I feel like the quality of the installation work is top notch.

The guys from Echols were great. They were very professional and very knowledgeable.

Having a current issue with the new install. We leave fan on constantly but air flow with new furnace is so low and not circulating evenly throughout the house that the upstairs is significantly warmer than down which wasn't the case with the old furnace. (old was 120K btu, new is 80K btu) I question if sizing is correct or if the fan speed can be adjusted. I'm going to have to call to inquire.

Echols replaced our old and failing furnace and a/c with a Carrier Infinity system. Customer service was great from beginning to end. The installation crew was friendly, wore booties and used drop cloths to protect our floors. Their workmanship was among the best I've ever seen. A service guy then came and tested the system with some pretty sophisticated tools and equipment. Very impressed! Would highly recommend.
