APA team is very professional. They do what they say they are going to do, and they do it on time. When we went through the possibilities of a replacement unit, Bill was very knowledgeable and was able to walk through a number of options. Lyndsey in the office was also very helpful in scheduling and taking care of the admin. Lastly, the actual installation was done in one day so we didn't have to go without AC at all. Would definitely use APA again.
