Again very good experience

This company was very professional from start to finish.

There were a lot of issues with our install process - ultimately we needed about a half dozen visits over the course of a month to get everything right, then the system leaked because it was installed backwards and the condensation damaged our ceiling (Universe fixed it). We thought we were in the clear until the winter, when the heat pump wasn’t properly integrated with our oil burner so the pump was working overtime to warm up the house until the issue was fixed - and that took multiple visits by multiple techs. In the end, everything is now great roughly a year later, and Universe to their credit worked with us in terms of fixing all the issues promptly (ish) and compensating us for our trouble, though the biggest disappointment was all the trouble we encountered in the first place.

15 years ago Universe installed a Fujitsu units and they were fantastic. Great heat and AC they lasted 15 yrs and We were very happy with them. They recently replaced the units with Carrier units. We are VERY Disappointed. They produce very little heat.. they came back a few months ago for a service call. told us they had to check the freon level but could not until it was warmer temperatures so we continued to freeze. we have to run them for a long time to warm up the rooms. also, when we shut them the vents on one of the units does not close properly. The receipt says "Money back guarantee" so we will be looking in to that.

Keith did a great job replacing the gas burner. He was on time, careful when removing old/installing new. He answered my questions and the place was cleaned up nicely when they were all through. I highly recommend Universe; I have been with them for 18+ years.

Installers were extremely professional and polite. Worked very diligently and very clean. Excellent team. Electrician went above and beyond. Everyone did a fantastic job.

Everyone involved in my ac project from initial sales to the install project team were very knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions I had along the way.

Just ended up costing more expected due to having to have an electrician come in to rewire the new system.
