We had a 32 year old furnace in a rental property that went down. Amhac came out and attempted to first repair the unit, they suggested to replace parts or to replace the system. Spoke with Roger the engineer who did an assessment and we went with the replacement. Couldn't have been happier. The space is very tight and the older unit was large but the techs were able to remove it and replace it without any issues. Great customer service, worked with us on pricing and payment options 10/10 would recommend!

AMHAC has a very reliable technical and marketing staff. Marc Berman arranged efficiently for the replacement of our heating system, and the installer (Kevin?) did an excellent job of adapting the replacement for the space needed and making the system operational.

New condenser installed on 6/9/2020 and noticed AC taking longer to cool and not reaching on room. A phone call was made report the issue . Since the new installation has one year warranty. Expected there would be a better response. The call was reported on 23rd and it took 24 hrs to get a call back from David espino.. David confirmed a technician will be sent to check the issue today on 25th in the afternoon. No one turned up and no update. So imagine a new installation gets this kind of follow up how other service calls would be.

Called AMHAC to check on my existing furnace which was not working properly. Service was excellent, polite and prompt and they explained the issue in laymen's terms with the furnace. Pat from AMHAC called to discuss the problem and recommended that the old furnace be replaced. He promptly provided 2 pricing options for a new furnace and reasonable time estimates for the work that needed to be completed. Pat delivered a promised, the work was completed on time and again the overall service was outstanding. The old furnace and parts were removed disposed of and the furnace area was left spotless. Overall a very outstanding experience.
