My review is after the fact. I had 3 HVAC units installed last May. My experience with A-1 Mechanical has been exceptional, everything from Ramon’s knowledge of the system type and size I needed to the experienced installation crew. Everyone was professional, prompt, considerate and answered all my questions.I was impressed with their knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the timeline as promised. The Carrier units have preformed excellent, maintaining desired comfort level's, running quietly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend A-1 Mechanical for HVAC replacement, preventive maintenance.

The house is a one\-level 3,200 sqf. Living in the SW, Solar seemed to almost make sense lately. Once we got Solar installed, we decided to also swap our original HVAC units (19\-yrs old 5Ton and 3Ton Lennox) for Heat Pumps. After discussing with several HVAC companies, we chose A1 Mechanical because they offered the best value and their Sales Rep and Project Mgr Ramon Velarde was the most convincing and seemingly most reliable. The system we chose was a Carrier Performance series and it was installed by Ramon and his crew (Carlos, Anthony, Angel) plus electricians Jesus, Gerardo, Vic and Eric. The install took two full days in Las Vegas' July scorching heat. Their hard work, technical skills and dedication were impressive. They quickly found solutions to every problem and there were quite a few technical challenges, mainly due to the house design. Today, three months later, the new system operates smoothly, it' s way more efficient than the old one and we hope that it stays like this in winter too. Well, we' ll see... Until then, thank you guys, great job.

I would recommend A\-1 Mechanical to all of my friends and family. They did a very good job on the installation of my new heat pump. From the very beginning Ramon Velarde was very professional and informative while giving us our estimate of costs. Ramon was very knowledgeable about all of the rebates and discounts that were available to us and made sure that we were aware of them. Thanks Ramon! Ramon also moved our installation date up because we are very senior citizens and the weather was the coldest of the year! The installation crew installed our heat pump on the coldest day of the year with great expertise. They went above and beyond what would normally be expected. They were very professional and as a plus they were also friendly. They did a GREAT job and I would highly recommend them! I got three quotes and they also priced out the best. When they cleaned my ducts at my request some of the paint came off when they took off one of the vents. This can happen... They brought a painter in and quickly fixed the issue. HVAC replacement is expensive, I feel great about my overall experience with A\-1 Mechanical \& Electric.

Ramon was excellent! We had gotten several quotes for replacement and decided to go with A\-1 mainly because of how Ramon took the time out to explain everything to us and he is very knowledgeable. Even though a1 was much higher priced he sold us on the upgraded compressor. Great job!

Being new to NV and Vegas we did not know any A/C contractors. We had great luck with Carrier brand A/C in CA, so we checked out both authorized dealers for Carrier in Vegas. Both came in price wise within a few dollars, but A\-1 offered a full ten\-year part and labor warranty, were the other only offered a two\-year labor and ten\-year part warranty. I had Ramon from A\-1 come out and I really worked with him, but he is super knowledgeable, professional, and it was fun to work with him. We settled on the premium Carrier Infinity units because I had them in CA. They are not inexpensive, the two 4Tons were in the $40k range installed. But they are very efficient on power and will last with annual maintenance for at least 15+ years. They cool the home great and have Wi\-Fi /App to control the system anytime anywhere you might be. The A\-1 installation team were top notch, very polite and took great care to protect floors and walls. George the crew supervisor knows his stuff and makes sure his team does things the way he expects. Ramon, the advisor that sold the system, was at one time a technician himself and was there the entire day to make sure everything went as he had promised and he himself did the new outside electrical boxes, installed, and programmed the thermostats. He then taught my wife and I how to work everything. Being new to NV and Vegas I could not be any happier with my selection of A\-1 Mechanical \& Electric. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing A/C or electrical work or new systems. Our first night with the new Carrier system was heavenly bliss. The units are super quiet and run very efficiently. I was so impressed with the A\-1 teams, I have their electrical division doing some other work for me.

We were able to get a consultation and unit installed within 3 days. Ramon was prompt and efficient in diagnosing the previous system and determining what we needed done to resolve the issues. Billy came out within 2 days and had the new unit installed in 5 hours. The price is higher than comparable options but quality service is worth the cost.
