Pat Madrid (not Matt as someone previously wrote) is awesome and has a stellar team. Really can't say enough good things about all of them and my experience. Definitely worth the wait. It is rare to find this level of knowledge and customer service. So thankful!

Worth the investment, for sure.

I had a Carrier furnace failure in March. Patrick at Pro\-Tech was very helpful, professional, and clear about my options. I had a problem with wild animals destroying the flex\-tube return line, but Patrick got his guys to replace it with hard duct. He always sent enough of his crew out to get the job done on the schedule they stated. Patrick did what he said he would and more, on schedule and at the (reasonable) price quoted. Pro\-Tech is an honest company that I highly recommend to everyone. I am glad that I called them!!

Overall experience was superb with the installer, Pro\-Tech. The Construction Manager kept me informed and worked closely with me to make sure the job was done correctly to the neighborhood Association's standards. I found the company to be very professional and prompt for appointments.
