They did a quick and efficient installation of new equipment when our 25\-year\-old system went down.

I tried to give 4.5 stars but it wouldn't let me. The 2 gentlemen were very polite, efficient and helpful. I asked if filter could be close to the hatch and it is like 2\-3 feet which is great. I was stressing out about that because I wanted the unit installed in the basement not the attic but sales guy Joe said the cost would be much more if installed in basement. Thanks to installer it won't be bad changing filter media

The heat pump was installed in 1 day. The technicians displayed expertise. There were a few issues initially but they came back and corrected it. So far the appliance is working well. We will see next month what the energy savings might be.

After getting a couple of estimates for the installation of a mini\-split A/C with heat installed in my sunroom, I decided to go with BC Express. One of the many reasons was the price....they were very reasonable. Also in speaking with the sales representative, he made me feel very comfortable in their knowledge and expertise in installation. I was very happy with the product that he offered me. I know Carrier is a trusted name so I felt confident in the product. The installers were excellent and were very professional and neat. I am enjoying the comfort of the A/C in my sunroom, and I look forward to using the heat in the cooler months. It works beautifully! I would highly recommend BC Express and Carrier products.

Recently my entire HVAC system was replaced by B C Express with Carrier equipment. I didn't have to wait long for the installation date. The installation team arrived early in the day and efficiently removed all the old stuff. They did a great job in less time than I expected to connect up the new equipment and test it for proper operation. They answered my questions and explained key points about basic control setup. The whole thing went well without a hitch. Very professional.

I went with BCExpress who came highly recommended from a friend. They were great. My only issue is that certain things agreed upon in the contract are yet to be done. I know COVID has played a big part in that. I just wish they could communicate with me more to keep me abreast of what is going on.

Did a good job

Moved into my new home late spring. When summer and the extreme heat hit I found out the AC didn't work. Called BC Express. They gave me an estimate and came promptly. The guys were courteous and professional and took care to cover my floor and new appliances. They explained how to work it and answered my questions? Very happy that I chose them!

Techs were professional and did a nice job and assisted on some minor issues with the unit and thermostat. I'ma little disappointed in how loud the compressor/condenser unit is. Also the unit has misaligned covers that seems to have come from the manufacturer this way

BC Express definitely came to the rescue as our (20 yr. old) HVAC system decided to quit during a heat wave! We had a somewhat emergency situation to get it replaced as soon as possible as my husband was to return home in a few days from the hospital and we had 2 dogs to keep cool\-as well as ourselves! We were able to get enough freon to hold us over but only for the 1st floor. I remember seeing the BC Express advertised on TV and interviewed them, along with 3 other companies. We felt that Doug and his company were very up front and honest with us as to the type of HVAC system that would best suit our situation. We needed 2 HVAC systems. He put all options and recommendations on the table, answered all of our questions and did not try to oversell or play the "best deal" game with us as one company tried to do. We felt very comfortable with the information and price that were presented. We interviewed Doug on Tuesday, signed the contract on Wednesday and the unit was installed the following Thursday. They took care of all the permits and rebates also. I cannot say enough about Joe and Alex, the two men who installed our unit. They were very friendly, accommodating, definitely hard\-working, efficient and knowledgeable and finished the job in one day instead of the scheduled two days. I would not hesitate to recommend BC Express! Their service was outstanding from start to finish!

Moved to 55 over everything is electrical used to gas.So far impressive air conditioning very quiet I was amazed.The crew was great and the manger Joe was very knowledgeable about the unit .Have not experience the heat yet .But love this unit for this hot summer.

My daughter recommended BC Express because she was so satisfied with the new A/C system that they installed for her in her Howell,NJ home. All I can say is that I would also highly recommend them for any a//c or heating needs that you might have. I am very satisfied with their professional install people. The office staff \-how they got energy rebates for me as well as zero percent interest rate and Doug the owner was fantastic coming out to size my system up, and also guiding me to get a high efficiency hot water heater as well as my carrier heating system. The installers covered all my carpets to protect them removed the old equipment,boxes etc. and even vacuumed up the work area after the job was completed. I'm now saving $40 a month on my pse\&g gas heating bill compared to my original furnace.

Everyone from the office to the sales and the service techs are wonderful! We had to have 2 new furnace and Air Conditioning units and a hot water heater replaced. BC Express gave us quality products and professional installation!

Explanations about the recommended products were very complete. Information about how to go about fixing our problems both physically and financially were key in selecting BC Express. Work done was efficient. Clean up was thorough. Technicians were careful when working in the house. Doug provided us with the program to make this procurement financially doable. BC Express prices was the second highest out of four. But their solutions were more complete and included more products than the others. Needed to replace the A/C and furnace. Also have ducts replaced. Decided to include 50 gallons water heater as to replace a 17 years old unit. All product were right sized to my home to provide 15 SEER on the A/C and 96 on the furnace. Doug also included a WiFi thermostat and installed in a central location to balance out the extreme temperature differentials throughout the house. So actually it was the most cost efficient solution providing more top quality equipment. We are very satisfied.
