Last Father's Day I realized the air compressor was not working. I called and left a message to call me when they got in on Monday..... within an hour, and Father's Day, they called me back! They were out 8AM Monday morning. We were explained our options and gave us a very fair price. We had our new system installed by a very professional and knowledgable, within a week!

I left a message on a Sunday about my AC system not working. The dealer called me back within an hour and they were at my house on Monday morning at 8:00am. When it was determined that my 15 year old syatem need to be replaced, the Sales Consultant arrived Monday afternoon and scoped the new system. The install was done the next day. I am so pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism, and sense of urgency demonstrated by Polar Bear/Comfort Now.

Excellent experience. Prompt and clean technicians installed my system professionally. They also solved some small issues inside and outside of my home as part of the job. Very happy with the quality of the system \- especially having an outside condenser that is rated for coastal marine environments!

After a malfunction of my 18\-year\-old heater, the cost of repair vs. replacement was clearly explained. It soon became obvious that repairing the old heater might not have been cost effective. Installers were out the next day. They worked until the installation was complete. Afterwards, they did a thorough clean up. Kudos to the office staff, technicians and estimator! My sales rep Matt R was so patient, professional, knowledgable, prompt and friendly. My home has 2 zones and the HVAC systems are original to the house...about 30 years old.. My 2nd floor AC died the last few weeks of summer. I knew I would need to replace it for next years season. My furnace broke right before Thanksgiving and I needed to replace the 2nd floor system right before Christmas. The techincian Joe, did a great job. he was on time, friendly, cleaned up after himself and showed me how to work my new thermostats and where my fitlers were located. Great team of guys. Thank you

Comfort Now by the Bob McAllister has done a great job for us anytime we need help with our Air Conditioner. They arrived on time and had the installation completed in less then four hours. My wife was especially impressed over their preparation to insure cleanliness during the removal and installation of the equipment. This is a summer home and we still need to check on how the new air conditioner operates in replacement for our ten year old unit that was only operating at about 75% cooling during the really hot days at the end of June and into July.
