I've had a maintenance contract with Gentry four years now. Service was always excellent so when I needed a new combination unit, they were who I called.

When my old furnace failed, the technician who restored it temporarily gave me advice, based on his years of experience, about which product line would be the best fit for my house. After doing my own research, I learned that he was right on target. Gentry gave me prices on several options and was willing to work with me to settle on a price for the one I chose. I've used Gentry as my service company for 15 years, and I'm glad I'll be continuing with them.

After going through the trouble of registering my thermostat and verifying that it is connected to Carrier's server it still requires a $129 service call to determine why it reads 10F high. Very disappointing\-\-seems like remote diagnostics would be possible!

A day on the job a d a wuick follow\-up has the equipment humming away. Moreover, personnel took time to explain issues and function of various pieces of equipment so I understood the product and installation issues. Like to be aware of how equipment works.
