The Team of Josh, Nelson, Robert and Azamat were all excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable, and very professional, who worked diligently (on a pretty hot day) to get our new Carrier units up and running. We were very pleased with their work!! And another big Thank You to Terry Hamilton for pulling this Team together so fast to get the work done!! Thank You Michael & Son!!! GO CANES!!!!!

Intallation was done professionally and within a day. The new units is quieter compared to the old unit. I'm pleased with the unit so far. I can wait to see how it/if it more energy efficient than the old unit. I could recommend this provider

The technicians and sales personnel were efficient and honest. They did not try to upsell the HVAC unit to me; in fact, learned enough about my general usage to sell me equipment that met my needs. Michael & Sons techs are always courteous and prompt. While they always tell me about upgrades or new equipment available, it seems as though they simply want me to have the information without any pressure to purchase it.

The guys worked very hard on a very hot day. I was impressed.

Do not know the area they are servicing. Lower Brunswick county does not have gas it has propane. Even after I told the salesperson I had propane heat they installed a gas furnace that took over 2 weeks to determine they had installed a gas furnace without a propane kit. I was without heat for 3 weeks till they had to install another new furnace. I had a month previously had a propane hot water heater that went fine. So they did not even look up that I had propane.

All the technicians did a great job from the start of the installation to finishing and cleaning up. Carlos, Tyler and his assistant all took the time to explain everything before, during and after the process. All worked hard andd with the entire process of dealing with M & S - from the Comfort Specialist (Jim) to the installation crew and then the follow up with the Service/Installation Manager visiting.

Service Technicians were professional and courteous.

Michael and Son is my primary contractor for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service. The new heat pump was installed in less than 4 hours. Technicians are friendly and responsive. Very pleased!

The unit is very loud, the installers said they turned the fan down as far as they could, but it is very loud. Its hard to have a conversation in the same room.

They are efficient, have the necessary skills and expertise and ensure the customers questions are answered.

Builders grade that came with my house, I give it a 1 out of 10. Our new system I give a 10 out of 10, so far. The cost was suprising, I did not expect it to soooooo expensive.

I was well\-informed through the entire process with emails and text messages about confirmations and when techs would be arriving. The technicians came out during Tropical Storm Ian and replaced my heatpump. They were respectful, courteous and knowledgeable.

We left our long standing hvac provider due to technician/ reimbursement issue. Purchased and received new unit install within days, and now enjoying comfort.
