Michael & Son was able to resolve several HVAC issues that our old system created in our home when they installed the new system and relocated new ductwork into our attic (vs. the crawlspace). They provided prompt and clear communication, the team on site was very respectful of our home and very efficient in their work. I even made a service call a month after our installation because of a filter change reminder (I had set up) as I was confused to why it was already going off - that was my human error, the system was working perfectly. The service tech provided a ton of helpful tips on ways to keep the system in its best shape. We are very happy with the new system and the service Michael and Son provided.

Do not know the area they are servicing. Lower Brunswick county does not have gas it has propane. Even after I told the salesperson I had propane heat they installed a gas furnace that took over 2 weeks to determine they had installed a gas furnace without a propane kit. I was without heat for 3 weeks till they had to install another new furnace. I had a month previously had a propane hot water heater that went fine. So they did not even look up that I had propane.
