Everything went smoothly and we were grateful for the fast installation. The transition at the end where we had applied for the financing program through the website and then something didn't connect on the office side and the installation technician was put into the position of not leaving until they had been paid, despite the error having been on the part of the office staff, was unnecessary. The reasoning was the holidays, but it was concerning how the burden was placed on the installation technician to resolve the incomplete connection of the approved account to the installation charge on the office side. The communication for this portion of the transaction was lacking. The rest was awesome.

They understand the technology and the physics behind it (air flow, humidity, static pressure, etc). For me that meant the right product was installed in my home and it was done correctly. I'm very happy with the end result.

We recently had a complete HVAC system installed by Comfort Monster. The installation was difficult because in order to meet code the furnace in our crawl space needed to be moved from the left side of the crawl space all the way to the far right side. This required a lot of new ductwork installation and working in a confined space. We could not be more pleased with the work that Comfort Monster did for us. They were on time, worked hard and efficiently, answered all our questions and left only after everything was working perfectly. When they left everything was done very neatly.

The installers were courteous, efficient and informative.

The entire process from problem determination to installation of a new system went well. I trusted them and they were very reasonably priced. The installation team was very good and helpful setting up the new thermostat including the app on our phone.

Initial installation of my units was great. However, the install techs told me technician would come over and check everything out in 10 \- 14 days. This never happened! Also purchased a maintenance contract on my older units at the time of this install, and they never made effort to contact me to check systems at the start of summer and winter seasons. Therefore, I have mixed feelings about Comfort Monster. The techs seem very good, but they seem to lack administration / scheduling / follow\-up in the office.

Comfort Monster was extremely thorough from the diagnostic service call to the installation and inspection. They were fast and efficient and able to answer all questions. I would definitely recommend them for all HVAC needs. My new Carrier system is fantastic.

The first time they came, they left a mess \- ant the new HVAC wasnt working! They did come out and clean up and get the thing running. At the pre\-inspection visit, they added refrigerant to the unit and now it gurgles occasionally. They have been nice in responding to the issues and are coming to hopefully fix the gurgling issue tomorrow.

Excellent experience. I will definitely use this company the next time I need a new air conditioner and for service. They were very prompt and neat. They share with you via text the expected time of arrival. My technicians Brandon and Devin very very accommodating. I had a lot of other work going on and they worked around them. We had a slight issue after they left with the unit that was right next to the unit they worked on. It was a very tight space and they quickly got Derrick out to take care of it. He was as pleasant to deal with as the other two. Also all the people I dealt with on the phone were excellent.

We had a great experience and would recommend to others. We appreciated the text reminders and photos of the techs before they arrived.

I originally called on a Saturday for a system that was down and they came out within hours to fix the problem. When the problem was not ultimately solved they sent the owner out first thing in the morning who determined I needed a new system. They were able to install it within 48 hours. They had stellar communication throughout this experience including sending pictures of the installation technicians and made the process as smooth as possible.

I have dealt with this company for several years. Outside of a couple minor issues, the company has provided excellent service to our home.

I needed someone quickly and Comfort Monster was there! From the beginning the technician explained everything well, tried an easier fix first, then replaced the unit when all else failed. Our old unit died. We called on a Saturday and they came a short time later. We were told we needed a new system and why. They were able to install the new unit Monday.

Jeffrey estimated the job and everything went perfectly on schedule. It was the hottest day of the year so far on July 3, and I was not looking forward to the oppressive afternoon heat while they were doing the install. Amazingly, it never got hot in the house as Wayne and Brandon had the upstairs unit running by 10am \- and the downstairs just after noon. Very clean install and all of them were a pleasure to work with. I've already recommended them to a friend.

On day of installation the technician arrived 15min early to get started as the unit was in the attic. Once done, the new unit arrived, and both technicians put down carpet protection, carried the unit upstairs, carried the motor where it needed to go. Well my installer started at 5pm so we would not be so hot while he was installing our unit. He was doing a fine job until he notice my floor was rotten and that put a quick stop to everything. My installer Jimmy went above and beyond and replaced my floor and continued to complete my job. I cant say I was not mad bc I was but not at Jimmy I was mad about my floor. Anyway he completed the job at about 1am. Poor gentleman stayed all night till my kids and I had a replaced floor and cold air. He also put in alittle door to get to the airhandler that was sealed tight bc I'm scared to death of bugs. I have to say it was a lot of work for the installer but he went above and beyond and did not give up until I was happy.

The installers worked as a team and removed the old and installed the new unit quickly and did a quality job. The thermostat that came with the unit was faulty and had to be replaced. This was coordinated well to get it installed. I could have used a better briefing on the function of the new thermostat.

There were issues with the installation of the COR thermostat, but they were resolved. Overall the service was very good. We like the Carrier product and it's operation, especially the quiet variable fan settings.

What am I describing?

Very good job by the full staff at Comfort Monster! They have done several A/C's for me this summer and all have been handled very Professionally.

G\&M/Comfort Monster did an excellent job all the way from quoting through to getting everything running and cleaning up. I was in the unfortunate situation of finding that my new home needed all new HVAC systems, and Comfort Monster was there to help me choose the right equipment for my home. They made sure that they at least got the upstairs system running super fast so our bedrooms would be cool enough to move in, and then they got everything downstairs done after that. I was most impressed by how carefully they were doing all the work \-\- I could see that every duct was getting properly made and sealed. These guys really take pride in the work they do, and even though I can't see every part myself, I can tell from the way they were working that they were doing it right. That made it worth every penny. I would highly recommend Comfort Monster to any of my friends and family, and to anyone else.

Install heat pump and air handler

Had a great experience with G\&M/Monster, with both the install of the HVAC system as well as the tutorial on the new thermostat by the service tech.

I got the Infinity 25VNA8036 unit with staged compressor and Infinity variable speed fan along with the FE4 variable speed indoor fan coil. The outdoor unit is unbelievably quite and efficient and when used with the variable speed indoor unit and touch screen Infinity controller this system is outstanding. G\&M Service did a great job of putting in new ductwork to prep my 2nd and 3rd level for future zoning and installing the new system.
