Helms has outstanding customer service. I had a great experience with everyone I had contact with from this company. The salesman was honest and told me about optional rebates as well as not seeming to try to oversell me. The booking was quick and the installers were amazing. They arrived on time. They greeted me, explained the process and did the install in frigid weather. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service or new install

Starting with Sam the sales professional (a straight shooter and very knowledgeable of the product line, with no pressure and no BS). to the technicians, installers, and office personnel. All were very professional and answered my questions quickly and if they did not know the answer, they would contact someone that knew and get back to me very fast! The price quoted was the price paid, no games. By far the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with in all the 6 states and 21 homes I have lived.

Very good service. Sam got our old a/c working until new one could be installed. Furnace and air installed in less than 7 hours.

We have used Helms Heating and AC for over 20 years now. There service is simply unbeatable. Techs are so nice, office staff is very pleasant, and response to any concern is answered promptly. They just installed our new system but were able to get us cool air temporarily while we waited for the new installation.

Can't really comment. New house, builder's dept w/installment. As of how comfortable it is to have air in thy house, when its 90°outside,,,its very nice!
