Allied Aire has been an amazing company to work with. I used them as a referral from a family member on our 20\-year\-old system. They are always very kind, straightforward, and most of all very transparent. Our prior system was very old, but they were never pushy or stereotypically salesman like to have us upgrade our system. They always gave us a good rundown of the current state of our system, and gave us straightforward real answers. When it finally came time to explore a new system, they gave us a nice wide variety of information and a very good breakdown of the cost and time required. Again, they were customer focused as they did not try to upsell us, but just gave us all the information on the available systems in the market. Would highly recommend them

The guys from Allied Aire are very knowledgeable and efficient. They were here on time and worked through the day to get the system installed. I really can't rate "Solve Problems" and "Service" as they were installing a brand new system. After the install they showed me how to use the new thermostat and the equipment installed. They did excellent work.

Great experience with Jeff Shue and Team of Tony and Mitch! Everyone worked together for a clean removal and replacement. New system is operating quietly and efficiently.

After many quotes, 7 in total, I found ALLIED AIR INC. The first time Allied Air came to my residence to give me an estimate, I immediately took notice that the owner, Mr. Jeffery Shue, used safe work practices during the COVID\-19 pandemic. This was important to me and the safety of my family. Mr. Shue assessed my air system and made his recommendations. I also want to share that Mr. Shue, his administrative staff, and technicians were professionals and cordial during the entire process. I was more than satisfied with the price Allied Air gave me. To add to the customer service, once I officially made a deal with Allied Air, two portable A/C units were delivered to my residence while I waited for the technicians to start the installation process. I recommend Allied Air Inc. to anyone because of their safe work practices, customer service, and prices.

This guys pushed so hard to get us up in running before the weekend. Our family was nervous with such a big purchase. We had some concerns right after the job was complete (new sounds and such). Originally quoted one price, then put it as $9 less on the original invoice. Then added it back in. I paid the $9, but thought it was petty to get hung up over $9, which they did. Other than this, they did a good job, but this left a bad feeling. Not wise on their part over $9.

My 17 year old system had frozen up. I called Allied on a Monday morning, a rep. was at my house by mid\-afternoon. After discussing repair options, decided to replace the system. New system was installed three days later, and was operational by mid\- afternoon on Thursday. I was not home (away at a college graduation) when installation was performed. When I returned, there was no sign that an installation crew had been inside my house. Very neat crew. House was nice an cool. The President of the company came to my house the following Tuesday to explain the new system / thermostat to me. Would recommend highly.

BJ from Allied Air came out and assessed our old AC which we knew was having problems. He gave us options and not just went right to full replacement. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues and solutions. Once we decided to go with replacement Allied Air's folks were all friendly and willing to answer questions. We scheduled out the install and the crew showed up exactly when planned. The day of the installation went very smoothly and the crew explained what was done, walked us through the new wireless thermostat and let us know to call if we had any questions at all. Everyone was professional, friendly and made us feel like we had made the right decision!
