Call Dad installed our new HVAC system this week. Our installers, Steve and Robert, did an outstanding job and were true professionals. I get nervous with big repairs and they knew their trade and answered all of our questions. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. Over the past couple years, we have used Call Dad to check our system and all of the staff there have always been professional and helpful. I was told I would get a 300.00 rebate. Never got it. I called call dad 7 times. Same exact answer each time. Our rebate rep is out of office. I will have them call you when they get in. Emailed them once. They ignored it. Liars and scammers.

I recently had a new air conditioner installed by Call Dad, and I’m very pleased with the experience. The team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, ensuring everything was set up properly. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure to clean up after the installation. My new AC is working perfectly, and I appreciate their excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!

I obtained several quotes for my new equipment, Call Dad was by far the lowest. The sales advisor was knowledgeable, polite and a very nice person. I bought two full systems AC and Furnaces and the total was THOUSANDS of dollars less than other companies for the same product. Financing was easy through Wells Fargo (0% for 48 months), other companies did not offer financing at all or were charging interest rates as high as 11% per year. On a Saturday night shortly after installation, we noticed condensate leaking through the ceiling, Call Dad sent technicians that same night and the following days to fix the issue until it went completely away. After that, they contracted with a company to repair the water damage at their expense. I am very happy with my new Carrier units and appreciate the service and support provided by Call Dad. I highly recommend them. The only opportunity for improvement is that after calling a few times I haven't received an itemized invoice which I need for my Employee Rebate program.

They originally quoted equipment that would not fit in my closet. The technicians switched to the correct unit with in an hour. More concerning, the original price was high but they matched a competitors price. So the final outcome was good.

Very easy dealing with SKY HVAC LLC ! From the first contact to the final install communication was GREAT, they said what they could do , and did what they said.

They went above and beyond to help us. The guys were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and good natured. They cleaned up everything upon leaving. Can't say enough good things about them. Adam, the supervisor, was always on hand to answer any questions and to help out installing, carrying in equipment or anything else that came up. Would highly recommend Adam and his crew.
