I get nervous with big repairs and they knew their trade and answered all of our questions. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. I obtained several quotes for my new equipment, Call Dad was by far the lowest. The sales advisor was knowledgeable, polite and a very nice person. I bought two full systems AC and Furnaces and the total was THOUSANDS of dollars less than other companies for the same product. Financing was easy through Wells Fargo (0% for 48 months), other companies did not offer financing at all or were charging interest rates as high as 11% per year. On a Saturday night shortly after installation, we noticed condensate leaking through the ceiling, Call Dad sent technicians that same night and the following days to fix the issue until it went completely away. After that, they contracted with a company to repair the water damage at their expense. I am very happy with my new Carrier units and appreciate the service and support provided by Call Dad. I highly recommend them. The only opportunity for improvement is that after calling a few times I haven't received an itemized invoice which I need for my Employee Rebate program.
