The service folks are wonderful. They are responsive, on time and take care to leave things cleaner than when they arrived. Each tech that I have dealt with was very knowledgeable. The only complaint I have had is when dealing with the office. Several times I was promised a follow up call regarding non service call questions I had and they were slow or never responded.

Very good people to work with. This our second service with them and we are very happy and appreciative to the work they've done to replace our AC and furnace.

These installers had free roam of the basement and upstairs bathroom rights. I felt comfortable opening up my house. The install by these two was most exceptional.

I contacted Chowning because my existing system stopped working on the Thursday before the 4th of July and I was leaving town for the holiday week. Darren told me he could look at it and provide options on Tuesday, which he did. I selected the option, and his team had it installed and operational before I got back in town and it is working perfectly. The fact that he promised timelines and he met those timelines is awesome?

Work was done very efficiently. Appreciated how the installers explained what they were going to do \& explained the work afterward also. Job well done!

We recently had our Heating \& AC system replaced with Chowning. I received their name from a friend of mine and have to say we had excellent service from the first call. They were prompt and timely in making a visit and getting a quote together. After reviewing other quotes we chose to use Chowning, middle quote that we received, but glad we did. On the say of installation there was a minor hiccup with a substituted part from Carrier. The service guys got us up and running the best they could as it was a weekend and noone from Carrier would be available till Monday to help fix the issue. The issue was with the WiFi thermostat that was also installed and needing to be a specific Carrier model due to the subbed air handler. Come Monday I received a call and someone was out that afternoon to replace the thermostat and get our system working right. Between Chowning and Carrier they made the issue right without any hassle and that is what I would expect from any reputable company. Once work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing Heating or AC needs!

Justin and Matt just recently replaced my furnace and air conditioner. They did an awesome job. They were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Everything was done very neatly and professionally. When they were finished, you wouldn't even have known they were ever there. Darren was great when he came out to give me an estimate for the job. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Angie, in the office, was wonderful as well. She pleasantly answered any questions I had, and if she didn't have the answer, she would consult someone else and promptly get back to me. Thus far, Chowning Heating \& Cooling has been fantastic. I would definitely recommend them for furnace and air conditioner replacement.

Reasonably priced high quality and efficiency system. Installation was registered for warranty by dealer day after installation. Excellent service!

Everything was done on time and professionally.

They were were very knowledgeable, on time and installed quickly.

Replaced complete hvac system. Technicians were very prompt and got right to work. They corrected some connection problems from the previous system and answered all questions. They were very neat and we couldn't tell anyone had been in our basement except that we have a new hvac system.
