Ralph and his son, from a Reliable Heating and Cooling, did great job of replacing the compressor unit on my home A/C system. They were very nice, and very professional. They even came on a rainy day and put up a tent over the work area to perform the installation. This was my first time using this company and I couldn't be more satisfied. I recommend them highly. A/C went down. Service Rep came next day to service \- A/C needed replacing (we already felt this was going to be the case) \- they gave me estimate same day, we agreed to a system we wanted and they were flexible with the install date we needed. Installers arrived on time when scheduled and completed same day. All went smooth and everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional.
