Only a little ding for solving problems, I actually had a newer control, so I taught him something. Which in the long run made me feel good too! They are great and I will continue to use them.

The service tech must of been new as he had to get on the phone with someone to ask questions about all he was doing , when I asked him a couple simple questions about what was wrong with my unit he was unsure and could not explain what the issue was he said he would have someone call me \- and at that they did , so I end up replacing the whole unit . The installers Antonio and Ron were great , they got they old one out and the new one in , within a few hours I had AC again . I have any unit next door that's going to get a complete install and I will ask for them on that job also . Now two days since the install and the cool air is so nice .

Steve provided a transparent estimate on replacing two systems and consolidating them into one system. Gave recommendations where necessary and took the time to fully measure and analyze the situation and what would be needed. Ron and Antonio handled the replacement quickly, efficiently, and were super fun to be around. I was doing some work in the basement while they were working and they offered to help me while I hauled some things upstairs. Wonderful people, excellent service, highly recommend.

We have an old house and the duct work is not condusive for the new units, instead of just hooking up a new unit the Rhymes team informed us of out issue and came up with a strategy to heat and cool the house in zones all while being more efficent. Hired Rhymes Heating \& Cooling to install new air conditioner and coil. Installers arrived on time, did a great job of installation and were very neat, and left the jobsite very clean.

Wouldn't call anyone else. Did a great job on my new Carrier system 25yrs ago. Same results for my new 2021 system. Their High Standards have not changed.

These guys were great! We did our homework first. We got 4 other estimates, including one from my boss's son\-in\-law. Rhymes beat them all.

The experience was excellent . We needed a new air conditioner due to the fact it was low on Freon and they don't make the Freon anymore. I guess you could say we got our money worth out of that one due to the fact it was a 33 year old unit. (And by the way it was a Carrier.) We wanted to go with another one and we had Rhymes take care of us before. They were honest and fair with there pricing. They were able to get everything in and installed in two days. This was of course in the hottest part of summer. Very Pleased and highly recommend Rhymes.

We had a bad installation several years ago from a competitor. It was time to replace the AC and furnace. I remember we had Rhymes quote several years ago, but with with the competitor as we were in a bind. This time I met with Steve to discuss our options. Steve was very nice and has years of experience. I could tell this company was based on customer service and after two hours I signed the contract and never looked back. The day of the install, I was greeted by Ronald. I believe Steve mentioned he would have him as our installer and mentioned we would not be disappointed. Ronald was very professional, kind and took the time to show me the work he performed and instructed me on how to use the humidifier. He cleaned up all the mess and thanked me for choosing Rhymes. He also went over all the paperwork including my rebate information for Ameren. Over the next two days I received emails with my paid invoice, details for scheduling post inspection, and they even registered my equipment with Carrier! I was very impressed! I am always the take charge person and Rhymes took care of EVERYTHING!!!!! Thank you to Steve, Ronald, and everyone who made this easy!

The entire process of removing the previous furnace and air conditioner and installation of the new furnace and air conditioner was quick with no problems are surprises. The installers were friendly and experienced.

BOTH INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THE SALES REP TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE EXACT SIZE AC UNIT I NEEDED FOR MY RESIDENCE. AFTER UNIT WAS RUNNING FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS I DID SEE THE TEMPERATURE GO UP TWO DEGREES BUT WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY ABOUT THIS THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY THIS OCCURRED AND SINCE THEN MY AC HAS KEPT UP WITH THE EXTREME OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE.

We recently had a new air conditioner installed. We have used Rhymes for going on 15 years but have never needed to purchase a NEW air conditioner. When we decided it was time for a new air conditioner, we contacted Rhymes and they helped us decided which product was appropriate based on our needs. As usual, Rhymes arrived as scheduled, kept us informed as to how installation was going and explained all follow up requrements. They receive my highest recommendation.

Furnace stopped working on a rental home and Steve came out on a Saturday to prepare an estimate and fit install into their schedule for Monday. Installers were very professional and efficient in replacing the 29 year old furnace with a model well suited to this home.
