Tim is great and knows what he's doing. He also installed a carrier air conditioning unit for me last summer and always seems to make short work of the job and cleans up well and is very personable. Would definitely recommend authentic air over any of the local big shops. I support local buisness for a reason.

After work was complete the following week he showed be the work that had been done and also ran me through what the inspector would be looking for. Inspection went well and he stated the Tim had done a good job. Tim also ran me through some cleaning items on the outside unit to ensure the life of the unit would last long longer then item life expectancy
