This new installation was done expertly, with great care and commitment. Alex and Tony took apart a 50 year old system with great care, without a scratch to a small equipment space, installed a completely new heating and cooling equipment with expertise, and finishing their install by removing all the old material without a scratch to our condo's interior. The team's work was impeccable.

The install replacement was complicated by the fact that the old equipment was installed in a smaller closet and non standard set up. The team managed to get the old equipment out and new equipment in despite the complications. Very impressive.

The team at BWS did a great job of getting us taken care of when our furnace went out less than a week before us hosting 30 people for Thanksgiving! Quick turn around on the initial site visit, quote, and financing questions by Justin. Then the team onsite was professional, quick, and helpful when they ran into a little weirdness with our smart thermostat. They got it all taken care of and we were warm and cozy that night!

They handled everything...did not over sell with a unit that was not necessary. Provided the rebates without asking. Next day service and it was all taken care of. That introduced me to a bank that took care of financing with a 5 minute phone call. Yes, highly recommend BWS. I use them for my yearly service on furnace and a/c.

BWS Representative, Robin was always available to answer any of my concerns during installment process.

The one complaint I have with this dealer is the Office. It took several phone calls and complaining for them to get the local Excel Rebate and Registration paperwork done. With most dealers in the area it requires one week to turn in this kind of paperwork to our energy company. BWS .. required 3 phone calls and Five weeks to finally bring my name up and input the information needed so the Rebate Process AND the Registration with Carrier could be completed. The Rebate Process can now begin .. and will take six to eight weeks before I receive my check in the mail from Excel Energy locally. Also. They were higher priced that other Dealers in town on Carrier Equipment. They were willing to meet other lower Bids. 'Hero' offered a lower bid. 'Hero' does not have as much experience with installation. Once BWS accepted the lower bid .. I decided to go with BWS. They told me there is a 15 year parts and labor Guarantee on both the Furnace and the AC .. BUT .. in order to keep that guarantee.. I am required to have BWS come out each Fall and Spring and do a 'service check up' on units .. Which will cost me about $150 a year. That is $1500.00 over a period of 10 years. What kind of a guarantee is that ? Plus, if there is a problem with the Furnace or the AC .. they will fix it for free .. but you still have to pay a 'service call fee' of $89 to $129.00' to have them come out to your home. Again .. what kind of 'free' warranty is that ?

Surprised that my furnace was condemned during routine tune\-up. Happy that dealer caught that threat exchange was cracked. Worked quickly to get my new furnace installed, just before Thanksgiving!

Enjoyed working with their team

Our furnace 17 year old furnace stopped working between Sunday and Monday morning. I was able to schedule a meeting with Robin with Sales on Tuesday morning and the BWS team was able to come in later that day to install a new furnace. Heat was restored by 5PM. The installers were respectful and patient with my questions and concerns. They were careful in my home to not damage our flooring or carpet. I could tell they cared about service and our family's well being. I will refer everyone to BWS Plumbing and Heating.

Robin and the team at BWS did a great job for us. He was great about explaining options and being transparent with his information. He was not pushy and did not try to up\-sell me on products or services I did not need. I appreciated the honest approach to sales instead of a stereotypical pushy sales person.
