Aaron and his son were conscientious about going through the house to do their work. They explained what they were doing and answered all questions in terms a layman could understand. He strived to give us the best deal and service possible.

I've used Patton Heating since 2013 and I highly recommend them to all of my friends, family and clients. Aaron Patton and all of his techs have always been knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. I've never felt they've tried to cheat us or price gouge, even when our old furnace suddenly failed in the dead of our Minnesota winter during the holidays...he is consistently fair and transparent! Aaron strives for great customer service, I have never worked with a better HVAC company.

Patton heating sent a technician in an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon. He diagnosed the problems with my furnace, replaced one part that would give us heat for the weekend, gave us furnace replacement options, then scheduled us for a Monday replacement. Monday morning, two Patton technicians did the install and were finished by noon. Both technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I am extremely pleased with the customer service of Patton Heating and Air and would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was a big job to retro fit a new furnace and air conditioner on a rainy day; it didn't stop the Patton team from doing a neat and thorough job.

Aaron did an outstanding job on the new installation of my Carrier AC and furnace. He quoted me a fair price over the phone and then did an excellent job of sticking to it even though he came across some additional work during the installation. He covered all the floors necessary to avoid tracking in dirt and he left the installation areas cleaner than when he started. Everything was organized, wrapped, caulked and taped in a very detailed, professional manor. I highly recommend you consider him for your installation.
