I'm glad we got hooked up with Dean's. The company we used to use got bought out and is part of a large group of companies now, the service was not impressive. They spent an hour talking to me, never sent the promised estimate. The owner of Dean's was out twice to explain my options, and then came back to help with the installation himself. My original Carrier Heat Pump worked for 25 years, I definitely wanted to stay with that brand instead of what the other dealer was recommending.
